Am unhappy with this company. Our car was rear-ended and the guilty party's insurance company wanted to total our car (even though it was drive-able). This company was immediately contracted to haul away our car. We waited on them for two days with their saying "We might be able to get it today. We're doing the best we can." In the meantime, the insurance company had the title of our car (so we couldn't drive it anymore) and we couldn't get a check from the insurance company to compensate until the tow company picked our car up. We essentially had to wait at home for them to pick up the car. They said "oh,just leave the keys in the car--you don't have to be there" but that wasn't feasible since the car was drive-able. What's really frustrating is they could give no idea of the time someone might be by to tow the vehicle. Given today's communication and GPS, that's ludicrous. If you have options, go with someone else. These guys seem unreliable. read more
