Not very tidy or respectful of his privilege to do work in a home. He also refused to supply a copy of his report to the owners of the home. I called them to confirm my appointment, they called me back right away. Phil sent a text that he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He diagnosed my machine and looked it all over and did a great job explaining how my washer works, and how to get the most out of it. It gave me peace of mind to have such an experienced repair man show up for the job. Phil said the oil leak under my 8 month old washer is common for GE and doesn't require a repair. This was disturbing news to think I just have to let it leak now and then. But, will keep that in mind the next time I am in the market for a new wash machine.

Both kids felt at home there right away, and I found even as a beginning Pilates student I was able to really enjoy my class. Our kids have had two different instructors so far-- and we love them both. I think our children are more in tune with their bodies now and use movement as a form of self-expression.
