If we couldn't afford to have it done then, he gave us a prioritization (e.g., "This can probably wait..."). That's something that I really appreciate. Of course he did a good job tuning, and it held for quite a while. He's very knowledgable. Beware that if you're going to get your piano tuned, it's going to cost you some serious money. This is not his fault -- do you know how tough it is to tune a piano?

They assured me that even though FedEx dropped the ball (or in this case, the bass!) Sweetwater would replace my purchase. Sweetwater even called a few days after the delivery was finally made to make sure my bass had been delivered and was in good shape. Sweetwater has been a dream to work with for every purchase I have made! If only I could play bass as well as Sweetwater serves after the sale!
