My husband and I love a good antique shop. And this one, while it hasn't always been top notch, has…read morerecently emerged as our favorite place to visit. The reasons: they ditched the cheap new furniture that used to consume half the building. And, they added a bunch of new vendors with interesting new stuff that's priced to sell and turnover. So every visit is like a new experience. We just bought a seven foot long media console that is gorgeous, weighs a half ton, and looks like it has seen some stuff. And my husband bought 84 comic books. And any place that has gorgeous furniture/decorative items for me and comic books for my husband is a winner in our book. Staff is friendly and accommodating. But you're really here for the always new, always unique selection. And in that, they excel.

Attention owner: I…read morehad a very upsetting experience at this store. When I attempted to purchase a jacket (approximately $40) using my husband's card, the younger female cashier with long hair spoke to me in a loud, confrontational manner. Rather than handling the situation discreetly, she repeatedly questioned whether I had permission to use the card and continued doing so in front of other customers. The older employee initially appeared willing to handle the situation professionally, but the younger cashier repeatedly interrupted and continued to embarrass me. The interaction became so humiliating that I was brought to tears and left the store without completing my purchase. To avoid any future misunderstanding, my husband even wrote and signed a letter giving me permission to use his card. While I understand that businesses have the right to establish payment policies, requiring a married couple to go to these lengths over a $40 purchase feels like an approach from another era. We are not living in the 1950s. Regardless of store policy, customers should be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. My concern is not simply the policy itself, but the employee's conduct. There was no reason for the situation to be handled in such a public, demeaning, or accusatory manner. If there was an issue with the payment method, it could have been explained politely and privately instead of repeatedly embarrassing me in front of other customers. I also attempted to contact the owner or manager to discuss my experience. I was told they are never available and cannot be reached, leaving me with no meaningful way to address this concern directly. I encourage the owner to review this incident and provide additional customer service training to staff. Policies can be enforced without humiliating customers, and every person deserves to be treated with courtesy, empathy, and respect. Also treating customers with suspicions does not create repeat customer retention. My family member purchased my jacket and a bunch of items the shady younger lady suggested that I didn't want. She's super shady and it sounds like their internal staff may be stealing credit card info from another customers complaint on this Yelp rating! Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that uneducated cashier did that.

Each Beanie Baby was $4.00. It's a bit cluttered but that's the adventure! As another reviewer mentioned the owners are wonderful people. This is the type of place you should visit and purchase something at because you want to support local business owners. Some items you would find here: toy collectibles - beanie babies, my little pony, Barbie, McDonald's toys, cookware, really unique items like a wooden tic tac toe board, Christmas ornaments, furniture, and some great tea pots.

I think their business is REALLY struggling with the construction on 4th St, so I'm hoping this review will help get some locals in to keep them going. It's mostly smalls... figurines, knick knacks, glasses, decor, collectibles, some art, etc. Not too many things I'm usually in the market for, but I did find an amazing early 1900s coat rack, and they let me buy one of their display cases. They had a good selection of southwest jewelry for awhile, but last time I went in some savvy shopper had swooped nearly all of it up. They usually have some rusty dusty antiques out front, so it's easier to spot from the road. They have a small dedicated parking lot too. Give 'em a look!
