I almost didn't book because of some negative reviews but after reading through them they seemed not very credible, I decided to give Tim a shot. I'm glad I did. He helped me choose a style from a few photos online, explained what would work best for my hair, and absolutely nailed it. He offered me coffee, never tried to sell me any products, and gave me honest advice on maintaining my hair. Tim is a genuinely down-to-earth guy who's passionate about what he does.
