It was Roscoe Roofing (SJBS Construction). Sal came right over to give me an estimate on my leaking roof. Other contractors each told me something different as far as what the problem was. Sal took the time to explain that it could be several things and what was needed to fix all the possible problems. He pointed out all the mistakes that were made with the prior roofing job. He impressed me with his extensive knowledge, so I hired them. They showed up bright and early every day, around 7:30, and worked through the whole day. They extended my dormers a foot so they extended over the windows and wrapped and caulked all the windows. I could tell just by being around them as they worked that Sal is a perfectionist and if something didn't look right, he made sure it was re-done correctly. I've had so many bad experiences with contractors so I was very happy to finally get such a competent one. I'm not an expert but to me it looks like they did an exceptional job. And I know they stand by their work because I called them when I had a question, and Sal came over the very next day.

I checked their references and his BBB rating and awarded them the project. When the roofing project day arrived, his team was on-time and Jose, the owner reviewed the scope of work, and material including verification of the color of the shingles. Project started and and canvas type material was draped over the front of house and work began. Upon completion, we reviewed the roofing project and property. Property was spotless, when they left. No nails etc. Overall extremely happy with interfacing with Jose, his team of hard workers and Approved Contractors. I would recommend this company.
