Brad and his staff are responsive. You never have to wonder what is going on. I had a leak due to multiple issues with my chimney. Brad's work fixed that leak! Brad, replaced I would say ten or more bricks, repointed the chimney, and coated the crown. He and his crew were professional from start to finish and didn't leave a speck of brick in the yard or on my roof. The price was absolutely phenomenal. He is a straight shooter. Look no further. I am going to be having him back for more work. Please note that the pics are not the finished product at the moment. Brad is coming back to clean the brick and sheathing completely and to seal the brick and mortar. I will update the photos when he is completely finished. I needed new panels for my fireplace. When I contacted Grizzly's, I received a response within 30 minutes of my phone call. They wanted to make sure that they had the panels and could do the job and I received a confirmation within two hours of my initial call. We've been a customer for five years now and can't say enough about how much we appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism. Brad, the owner/operator, had been our regular but this year (today) Cody was our tech and he did just as good a job. He took carrot use drop cloths and respect our home as if it was his own. Even though it was his first time here, he had reviewed our previous history with Brad and knew our equipment. Cody was also able to recommend a cosmetic repair I can do myself. I should also mention Michelle who does the scheduling over the phone. She is always cheerful and patient with our hectic schedule and rescheduling. I called Grizzly's because they came highly recommended by my friend, Mike. I called and his wife answered. She was really nice! Brad thought that it was my neighbor that had recommended him because he worked on my next door neighbors chimney, too. He also did work down the street. Brad came to our house and cleaned both of our fireplaces and figured out why it rained into our upstairs fireplace! Eek! He's coming back to fix that. He only had time allotted for the cleaning. Our fireplaces are spotless. He took great care to be careful of our hardwood floors. He put down tarps to keep things clean. I was amazed that there was ZERO mess when he left. BEWARE! This guy who works for them could not be more unprofessional, rude, childish, and dirty! I called them to come out do an inspection on a chimney system of my newly purchased home. He showed up and threw the biggest tantrum I had ever seen when I requested to have an estimate in writing up front to make my system safe!! He ending up stomping out of my house! Then texted (thats right) TEXTED my wife and said no one works for free! i feel sorry for your friend Not sure what that was supposed to mean..but it was unprofessional, childish, and dangerous We would have paid him to do the work! This is my first fireplace and I didn't even know where to start. When I called, Michell was so friendly and so helpful. When Brad arrived at my house, he was very professional and even showed up in a mask, which I greatly appreciated due to covid. This was a very professional and extremely well done inspection of the chimney of my home built in 1930. We used to use Hammond's for 15 years until he retired, then were ripped off by another service. I saw my neighbor using Grizzly's and they recommended them. I called, and had an appointment within two weeks. Brad was prompt, friendly, kind to my dog, cleaned the glass front of the fireplace to a sparkling shine, inspected every component of the chimney and then discussed the findings with me in a respectful manner. Not a drop of ash anywhere and he vacuumed the ashes out of the firebox for inspection. Everything was timely and efficient and I will be using Grizzly's again next year. Well, I'd write an informative and helpful review...if they ever provided a service or communication. First called a couple of days before Christmas and left a message. Never got a call back. Called after the New Year and set an appointment for two weeks later @ 10am. Called when nobody arrived at the house by 10:30 and had to leave a message. Still haven't heard from them.
