The techs appear very capable and even though we have used this shop several times in the past…read more(it's the only one within 100 miles of where we live), our past experiences from years ago were amazing. Not so much anymore. Like one reviewer stated, the service rep acts like he hates his job and just wishes we would go away. Huh? Don't you want work to keep everyone employed? He is difficult to work with and not friendly at all. We have a Class A motorhome and while other Cummins shops have always worked on our coach under our warranty, this shop won't even talk to you about it. They won't talk to your warranty people first, then you have to fight him to even talk to them after the work is done, even with me dialing, making the connection and just asking to tell the warranty people they did the work and not me. Making an appointment is a waste of time as no matter when you have an appointment, they most likely will not even look at the work for days, or ever weeks. We used to be fulltime RVers and this cost quite a bit in hotels and food when we have a perfectly good home sitting behind a fence. Being fulltime RVers we have used many Cummins shops over the years from California to Florida. This has to be the worst run place. Sad. There used to be pride in the work you did.

I was told to come back tomorrow which I did but it still wasn't done. this place is plagued by poor training on personnel , bad communication skills and costly repairs. I should have stuck by my values of watching out for companies who have bad reviews and never doing business with them. my fault for going against my belief. BE AWARE FOLKS READ REVIEWS!!!!!!!
