It was unsettling to see this. It was like watching an accident you can't keep from looking at while driving by. The lady getting work done kept looking at me, and I her. How weird is that! No privacy. This is my first time here after many false starts. The first scheduled appointment was on an early Saturday morning. I answered the many text messages that wanted me to confirm my appointment, which I did. Along with a recorded telephone message saying...are you coming to your appointment. Press 1 to confirm. Which I did. When I arrived for my Saturday appointment, the doors were locked. After waiting about a half an hour I left. No communication what so ever. I was pissed. Why then so many text/phone messages asking me to confirm?! I only reluctantly rescheduled, because the location is close to me, and my daughter really likes Dr. Loosli. I liked Dr. Loosli I guess. He's a really nice older gentleman. I can't really comment on his dental work, because I didn't have any cavities, and therefore all he did was look at my x-rays. Before I met with Dr Loosli, I had x-rays and a cleaning by his dental hygienist. Well a half assed cleaning if you want to define it as a cleaning. The dental hygienist was borderline rude, and very condescending. She said she was going to use a water pick tool instead of the normal "scraper" tool that is used to scrape the plaque off your teeth. I did not like this water pick. It happened so fast I don't think it took any thing off my teeth, if I had anything on them. I got concerned when I started smelling something burning......it smelled like burnt hair. I wonder if it was because she was in such a rush to leave for the day that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, and burned some of my gums. Then she said "I'm only going to polish the front of your teeth." I thought to myself WTH. Why wouldn't you polish all of my teeth? and that was that. When she was done with the cleaning I said "That was the fastest, less evasive cleaning I've ever had in my entire life. Which is every six months for years and years. She just ignored me. When Dr Loosli came in the room he talked quite a long while before he got down to the business of my teeth. I told him about how fast my "cleaning" was, he didn't know what to think about that. He looked at my x-rays and my chart, and commented that the dental hygienist didn't leave any comments on my chart. I asked him if that was normal, and he said "Maybe because you don't have any cavities that's why she didn't write anything on your chart. He talked some more and I left. The whole thing was weird.

This is why my teeth look the way that they do; every time I get dental work done it ends up being a scam that I have to walk away from it. There's still time for them to do the right thing and turn the situation around but frankly, they are lucky my attorney hasn't contacted them as I'm at immediate care right now due to constant pain, infection and have now missed 6 days of work. Perhaps these people are unaware of my hourly rate. This office has a business license right now because I'm allowing them to keep it. Beyond unprofessional.

a while ago i got a series of fillings. the procedure was fine, but several of the teeth that were…read morefilled required root canals not soon after the fillings, which i think was unusual and disappointing. i got one of the root canals here, it was one of my front teeth and in a few weeks it turned gray. i was given no knowledge that this could happen and i'll need another treatment if i ever want to fix it. also, i asked for some drugs to calm my anxiety during the root canal because i wasn't experienced with them and was scared. the doctor ground something into a powder and dropped it on my tongue. never was i told what this drug is or what it does. it was ok, though i silently cried the whole time. then when it was over i was crying and forgetting and crying and forgetting some more. it was an ordeal for my boyfriend because he was confused why i kept forgetting what happened 15 minutes ago and i was confused because i didn't know what he was talking about. again we were never warned of these side effects. (my emotions are my own, but short term memory loss is something they definitely should've stated clearly. maybe they did and i forgot! haha. but no seriously they should've made us more aware of these serious side effects before i took the drug.) anyway at the end the assistant made me take some tylenol or something and she watched as i spilled the water all down my front because obviously i was too numb to be drinking anything. she even gave me a mirror like that would help but it just made it all the more embarrassing, and funny, though i was a bit annoyed at her incompetence. she had this look like a scared deer the whole time, and it's kind of part of her job to calm the patient so, just something to be aware of. yeah overall hated this place, bad vibes, bad communication. i'm sure they could be fine for other people especially if they're your regular but my experiences were not great. lightly traumatizing even, though i'm over it. i just don't want this happening to other people. step it up please! much love to you though!

Later that evening Pyper emailed me to say Dr Sego would come in on his day off and the practice was closed for the day, to fix my chipped tooth. He and Pyper came into the office to help me out. I am beyond grateful for Dr Sego and Pyper and they are incredible people who truly care about their patients and customer. On top of all that, my tooth looks amazing. Honestly, they need 10 stars!

His practice has a tendency to not send physical statements, claims he does with ZERO proof when requested and then sends customers to collections. Fortunately, two other patients have corroborated his sketchy billing practices, recently. I will be filing a formal complaint with the necessary licensing authorities, both state and national to hopefully identify why his practice feels the need for billing dishonesty.

Crowns look great, but what's underneath doesn't…read more After their initial root canal and crown (done wrong), I ended up with a year-long infection that eventually required an apicoectomy and then a full root canal redo by an endodontist -- who was shocked they had let it go so long (more than a year) and hadn't caught, on imaging, that the entire root canal seal had failed and was leaking. Right after the crowns were placed more than a year ago, I called them in urgent pain -- but they didn't answer for a full week because of "phone issues." In desperation, I went to a 24/7 dentist who misdiagnosed me. When they finally answered the next day, I went back because they knew my case and I didn't want to risk losing my new crowns. They loaded me with antibiotics, did the apicoectomy, and gave me a free bottle of "fairy dust" mouthwash, assuring me that time would help. It didn't. They could have caught this much earlier with proper imaging like an MRI and a timely referral to an endodontist. Instead, it was delay after delay, unnecessary procedures, and more pain than I should have endured. I will not be returning. I paid a lot of money for a nice crown with a hole in it.
