The bid they gave for my bathroom looked like it took a long time itself. Had everything listed and broken down of what work was going to be down. Easy to understand and gives a good set of expectations of what they're going to be doing. The time frame was realistic. They didn't try to quote me some short time frame to get the job. They were honest and still beat their time frame (which was about 2 months to build a bathroom from start to finish). They definitely had some time off in that frame due to holidays. The whole way through the process they stayed pretty close to the original quote. If something was going to cost more for x, y, and z, they called to let me know and get my permission to go forward with it. If something costed less because of x y and z, they called and let know. The work they did looks great! Any of my issues really comes from my own work I put into it (which is another awesome thing about these guys) I did the painting, and some other little things. Jake showed me how much they would cost to have them do it and if there is any work you want to take for yourself, it is an option you can do! (Unless you know what you're doing, I recommend leaving it to the pros) My biggest regret is going with my own shower faucet set and vanity from Amazon. I should have gone with one that Jake suggested. If you want honest work and transparent communication while have a job well done, these are the people you should call. Also, I kept changing my mind and Lance was able to patiently send a revised estimate. He also helped me figure out what would be best for the property, in terms of preserving our view, gate placements, etc. I went with a 6' aluma-guard (looks like wrought iron) with 3 inch posts. I also finished my neighbor's fence to complete the coverage of my yard. Now I can keep the deer out of my garden, and my dogs in the yard. The deer and the dogs may not like it--but I LOVE it! They were able to get me on the schedule quickly because I began the process before spring--and the project was completed on budget. Thank you Stonehenge Fence! HINT--This company has a $200 off coupon on KSL classifieds. I hope they continue that discount because it makes a difference for the sale.

I chose them because the salesman was great and they came in about $1k under the other bids, and that $1k has easily been the most expensive thousand I've ever saved. The crew they sent clearly didn't know the product. Stuff was installed wrong, and they came out three separate times now trying to fix it. To be fair they did fix some of it, but it's still not even close to par with what I spent on the fence. There were many things they tried to get away with installing incorrectly and then came back to fix when asked but the one thing I really can't get over is the panel color differences. They installed panels that had color mis-matches, some are black some are gray, and it's not one bad section, it's all over the whole entire fence. Their answer was basically that it's a manufacturer thing, and the manufacturer won't do anything about it either. So I'm just stuck with it. Photos attached, judge for yourself. For what this cost it should not look like this. Please, if you are considering Stonehenge go with somebody else, it will potentially save you a lot of money, time and hassle in the long run.
