I have 2-1 pipes on my Shadow and so I ended up paying more the first time because the mechanic had to take the pipes off to change the back tire. I didn't find out about it until it was time to pay and I didn't think that was too fair. However, I think it was only $20 more. The next time I learned how to take the tire off so I saved a lot more money, haha. Besides that the staff is pretty cool. Easy to talk to & very helpful. Come by if you need work on your bike.

Took 9 months to repair a problem with my RZR power steering. Also had a leaking shock. I was given…read moreseveral " next week" dates that nothing happened. Finally they fixed the steering issue that they told me should be a warranty repair. They didn't go through the steps to get the warranty. I paid $1800 to repair the steering issue. The shock problem was not addressed because they said they didn't have time in those 9 months to look at it. In other words they fixed the steering then started looking at the shocks. The WORST PART Was 9 months later when I went to pick it up it was obvious that it had sit outside in the elements the entire time. My 2 year old $35,000 RZR looked like it had aged 5 years or more. Never again. My recommendation is drive as far as you need to to avoid this place. Notice all the good reviews are from people buying new ones. Of course they're happy. Duhhh.

I originally called in July for help with my moped, and they told me they could fix it, however, they were busy and would call me back in 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. 2 weeks passed, no call, so I called them back. They said again they were busy, so to try again in August. Since there weren't other options, I waited. I tried again, and they put me on a "waitlist" with "2" customers ahead of me. Now it is the end of September, I called to see about my spot, and there was never any waitlist. They told me now they don't handle Vespa Mopeds, and to take it to Tulsa because they don't have recommendations on where to bring it. I asked why they didn't tell me this back in July, and they said "I don't know." BRING YOUR BIKE SOMEPLACE ELSE! Don't waste your time, they can't be honest with what their schedules are and what they can / can't do, how will they be honest with anything else?

This review is more on the man and the service received. I just got out of work had a long day…read moredidn't feel or want to change my tire. I caught Jim just before he closed up shop. He checked my tire to see if it could be patched and then changed it out for my spare. Jim stayed after hours and saved me the hassle of waiting for AAA or doing it myself. Jim definitely made me feel like he was someone He knew. He could of told me no or charged me a lot for doing me that favor. I appreciate the time he took after his long day and the conversation.
