Andy was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My home was not being lived in at the time of our inspection. Unbeknownst to us, the house had a carbon monoxide leak at dangerous levels. He was quick to identify the problem and safely escort us out of the house. He called the proper authorities which helped make the house safe. Andy was great to work with and I would highly recommend him. He was early and already taking a look outside when we got there. He was very professional, and gave a full comprehensive report of his findings the next day including photos that he took. Throughout the inspection he was showing my husband different things he saw and was giving a level of concern. It seems for home inspections it's easy to get concerned over every little thing and him giving some sort of level of concern was very helpful. He also gave some additional insights on things that weren't in the report (for us it was how to windows worked and how you would clean the outsides).
