This is the only place I get copies done. Prices are great and staff have always been helpful. I usually email my files over for them to print if they are big jobs which always saves me so much time. Most of the staff seem to care about quality and customer service, except when I returned to show that the photo I had laminated did not seal properly, the person I got at the counter argued it was sealed, said he would do whatever I wanted, but did not offer a refund and argued with my proposed solutions. It was by far a very good decision and I will be coming back. I printed over 50 pages for $5!!!! Personally, I think that is an amazing price if you compare it to other shops including staples who would charge around $10 up for less pages. Came in to get two 16x24" papers printed. I got quotes for blueprint paper in the phone at $6 ea. when I arrived they said the blueprint paper machine is offline and only the upgraded paper was available to $20/sheet. Since it was for my wedding and I needed it I went ahead and took the gouge... I asked her if it could be done any faster then 30 min since it was only 2 pieces of paper. She said it would be a $35 rush fee... $75 for two prices of paper is absolutely insane. Go somewhere reputable that won't take advantage of you. read more

For 28 years I have been a customer at HB Copy4Less. Until now. It is now under new management which is impatient and rude. This past weekend I tried to place an order for large color prints with my husband. The salesperson, a psychotic young woman whose name I will gratefully never remember, was horrible. She seemed more concerned that the shop was closing in ten minutes than helping us with our order (which would have been sizeable). Her impatience was extreme --- annoyed that we weren't "getting it" and more interested in being right than helping us understand, she became extremely agitated and not only demanded we leave but went so far as to "deny us business" ever again! I am happy never to return to Copy4Less. STAPLES filled our order that afternoon and for less money than HB Copy4Less was going to charge. read more

This place is so overpriced. I came here recently to scan a document into digital form as my scanner is not working for some reason at the moment and needed something quickly. I had to pay $2.50 for the first page and $.20 cents after that for every additional page... if you want to send multiple separate attachments expect to pay an additional one page fee. Seems silly. Hello, I'm here to tell you an incident that happened at 1:45pm today on July 26th, Monday, 2021. As soon as I arrived with my dad, I noticed a white gentleman walk in with no mask being helped at the front counter. However, as soon as my dad and I walked in, we were accosted by one of your employee who told us very rudely that we can't come in without masks as he was walking out. He even said that though it's not LA county, it's a requirement for the store. As he said this, the elderly white customer who were being helped (maskless, mind you), overheard this commotion and tried to defend us. The employee was even arguing with my dad in the parking lot. Later, I asked the customer as he walked out if they forced him to wear a mask, he said no; that we should take our business across the street to FedEx if that's how they are going to handle customers poorly. Is it because we were asians that we were targeted? I've lived in Huntington Beach for 24 years of my life and have never witnessed such a thing. I went to school at the local Marina High School and even had a lot of caucasian friends. Never once did I thought the color of my skin/ethnicity would cause people to react differently. I know how the store will respond though. They will say "We have to enforce our policy as we have multiple signs posted at the front door." Okay fine, it's your establishment, even though it's not a food establishment and we're not in LA county. HOWEVER, at least be equitable when enforcing your own store mandate to everyone you encounter, not just because of how we look or our appearances. My dad and I are disappointed that this incident happened because we thought it was 2021, and that people would not be as trivial as this. Even though we had masks in the car, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. No way will I be able to stand being in there after what just transpired. read more

I was on the hunt for a self-service printing service that wouldn't break the bank and got lucky when I came across this place! I never really realized how expensive Fedex was since I never really needed a big print order 'til now. Luckily, I did my research and asked around. I called them and inquired about their prices, which is .39/pg for color and they allow you to bring your own cardstock (as long as you bring the paper packaged and it clearly states that it's ok to use with laser printers). All together, I needed 31 pages printed for baby shower invite sets and they turned out amazing! They even have a paper cutter you can use. All together, it came out to under $14. My go-to copy place. Their photocopying pricing did go up but they are still far less expensive than Fedex Office across the street. You can do self-service, or hand-off to their staff for larger jobs (the self-service is the least expensive and fastest way to make small amounts of photocopies). They also have print shop capabilities for oversize copies, posters, presentation materials, and the like. They do lamination here, and binding. They have several computers, for which they do charge, but they will generally let you print .pdfs or other files from a USB drive without charge. You can also email them print jobs, which they will then perform according to your specifications and have the documents ready for pickup. read more

I have been coming here for years and unfortunately won't be coming back. I called today at 2:45 to make sure they were open being that it's Presidents' Day. Reese informed me that they were closing at 3:00 instead of their usual 6:00. I rushed over and got there at 2:56 to find the door already locked and the hours for Presidents' Day on the door (closing at 3:00). I could see Reese at the counter so I decided to call her back and she refused to help me and told me they stopped printing at 2:55. I asked her why she didn't tell me that when I called just 10 min before. And she asked why I would "come and want her to stay a few minutes late?" I only needed to make one copy and would have been in and out by 3:00. She was completely rude. If you tell customers over the phone and listed on your door that you are open until 3:00 then you should be accepting business until 3:00. read more

Used this place for years and so did my mom. Has completely fallen apart. Terrible customer service. Did a print job on business cards and they were completely faded and unusable. They just blamed me and had no explanation why it looked like that. Talking to the manager made things worse and he indicated he has million dollar customers and their too busy. I will never support this location again! We came in to get several posters ordered and the guy behind the counter was a jerk! After receiving horrible customer service he refused to give owner information so I could contact them directly. He states he was the manager for all I know he could've been the owner. Because I wanted to contact the owner he then refused us service. After many years of referring friends and acquaintances to this location and doing business with them myself I will never give them my business again. This is the only printing shop I go to in Huntington Beach. There prices are great a there works phenomenal. I've even use the graphic designer. Sometimes I will even email some thing before I come and if it's not too much they'll print it out before I even get there. I'm so happy how my business signs turned out they were even able to make me a QR code and add it to the sign. I've had my business cards printed there for all the stylus that work with me. We went here to have some sensitive paperwork shredded. We were quoted $1.50/pound which was ok. However, while waiting for the quote we saw a male employee with a key earing shredding some papers. He was looking (reading) the paperwork as he was shredding it! That is unacceptable in my book. If you don't care if someone reads your stuff and the price works then go there. They also do copying and other jobs and may be wonderful at that but we were not there for that. read more
