Copy4Less saved the day. I typically use FedEx Office Cypress for scanning and printing jobs. FedEx let me down big time at my last visit. So I did a map search for nearby replacements and found Copy4Less. They were less expensive, and friendlier. They didn't charge a "rush fee" like FedEx does. The young lady just dropped my 130 pages in the scanner and BOOM, all done and saved on my USB drive. The resulting scan was great quality too. I'll be doing a lot more jobs at Copy4Less. read more

I complete a monthly newsletter for the residence in the location where I live which includes about 100 black & white copies 2-sided (the owner pays for it so this is what he's willing to pay) on the 1st of month which is emailed to this Copy 4 Less in Fountain Valley and completed within the hour which is extremely convenient that I just have to go pick it up after work and not have to wait to print it myself. All the employees are very professional, helpful and accommodating, and the prices of the copies are much reasonable than anywhere else. I feel very fortunate to have found this place and now having them create a banner for an event which will be helpful to be completed by the time I need it within the next couple weeks. Seriously what a disappointment. I have had my business brochures done here for many years and not one issue. I walk in to two ladies working and not the friendliest to start.... it's Christmas Eve as well, I say hello and joked that I came yesterday while they were closed for their Xmas party, I asked how the party was and was ignored. The lady that helped me was Mary, she asked what I needed I said I need to have my brochures printed. She went and made me a sample to look at and it looked horrible, she proceeded to go on that it was my paper and blah blah blah and that she'll do the best she can. I said I've spent a lot of money on the paper and I don't wanna leave all of them to be printed without seeing a sample first. She then went and did another copy and sighed out loud about it like it was a problem. I explained to her that I have used that same paper before and never had a problem there. She said the machines are different. Uh ok so the printing quality is worse now? Come on. She also went on about my paper may be eaten by the printer I said are we talking like a few pages or 100 and she goes I don't know it can just happen and I need to let you know that so. I said well then don't put as many pages in to print. I felt like such an inconvenience for her that at one point I said to her if I am an issue I can just take my paper and go somewhere else she then lightened up a little bit and wrote me my quote which I asked for and was higher than it had ever been. I walked out to my car thought about it for few minutes ....was upset about how I was treated and found somewhere else that will do it for $50 cheaper and when I walked in there they greeted me with a smile and printed me a beautiful copy immediately. Said the paper doesn't matter they make the adjustment. Even discount for using my own paper. I get everyone's tired, we're all working and overloaded I actually am on day 17 of 17 working in a row with two jobs and I can still have a smile on my face and treat someone with kindness. As usual, I procrastinated and didn't print my Christmas cards... I rushed in on Tuesday and found they had closed early the day before for their employees holiday party and had orders to fulfill before they could get to mine. My problem was I needed them ASAP. One of the girls went to speak to the manager, who was able to look into the orders that were already pending, and was able to move things around and accommodate me! My cards came out great and I was able to pass them out on Christmas Eve! Not only that but while I was there I saw they were working on calendar orders ... Whether it'd be photocopying notes during highschool or binding books during college, Copy4Less saved me a lot of money during my school years. And now that I'm done, they're still the best for my printing needs. My friend is graduating this weekend and I won't be able to make it, so I decided to print out a poster-size image of my head as a substitute. A nice worker was able to answer all my questions, (eg what's the biggest size, will my head look pixelated, etc). A begrudging "The machine isn't even turned on" is probably something you should never hear at a copy shop as an excuse for not doing your job. Turn it on and print the paper. I've tried giving these guys multiple chances but they are slow, rude to the other customers (not to me luckily aside from the person behind the counter telling me I'd be interrupting their current work to have them turn on a machine to print a 24x36 page), and they don't seem to even want business. Go to the Copy4Less in Irvine instead. They're fast and willing to go the extra mile for you. read more

I went to make 58 copies. They had the price per copy supposedly "wrong" in three places: on the screen of the machine, on the sign on the machine, and in the store window, yet when I went to pay, he charged me more saying that they didn't update the prices in all the locations. This place sucks, shitty customer service, and pricing is always wrong. The girl working always looks perplexed and has incorrectly charged me for each purchase I've made, and the dude with the stupid nu-metal dice necklace, who I assume is the manager, has the worst attitude on top of being completely irrational and inept.
