My experiences with them were insulting, and they do not cater to downtown residents. When I asked them to print out a few pages of something for me they charged a $5 fee because I used a flashdrive, which is not posted anywhere. They claimed "your flashdrive could have viruses on it." I find it hard to believe a company of that manner to have no antivirus protection on their computers. When questioned about it, the owner stepped in and stated very rudely we were "wasting his employees time with such small jobs". Far from the friendly service which they claim. Would definitely NOT recommend, especially with several other printing options in NL. Avoid unless you enjoy being talked down to, with no regard for customer service.

No one acknowledged what I was saying and even worse painted me out to be difficult when I requested staff to acknowledge the back and forth as well as communication barriers. The project managers really do not project manage they simple answer questions posed to them. My project manager Brooke lied to customer service about issues I was having telling them everything was fine even though I repeatedly would review the issues with her. If gaslight were a graphic design company this would be it. I then needed to change my payment date to which they wanted to charge me an addition $400 on top of the $1994 monthly fee I was paying while also missing deadlines and gaslighting my concerns. It wasn't about he money but rather the acknowledgment of the issues. All staff refused, then in communication tells me that we are not a good fit and wanted to give me 24 hrs to remove almost 500 design projects from their system. Not only that they refuse to communicate with me so now they pretty much left my designs undone, abruptly canceled my account, and pretending like their service was fine and I was the problem for speaking up. I provide clear instructions but if they have someone who does not speak fluent English they ignore it. I've never seen a company lack customer service, emotional intelligence, and lack acknowledgment over a customers concern. Do not go with Flocksy if you can help it. They will leave you frustrated and waste your time and money.

She was never genuine, I always felt like a nuisance to her. Another project was messed up so bad the site crashed completely and they needed FTP info to try and "fix" it. The guys developing the site from India always left a lot to correct - it seemed like every correction required another. The writing wasn't terrible, the graphic design was ok - however the web design and development was a total nightmare for me. Multiple times I found myself repeating instructions and going over details that were missed and over looked. To me, this unlimited plan was not worth the headache and frustration. If you enjoy micro managing every pixel and repeating yourself then I would highly recommend these guys.

Without saying anything, no getting or what she was doing, sheb opened my box and took out my item. Scanning it and scanning other things then placing it into a larger box, which looked like other returns. She pushed my original box to me and I assumed I needed to take that. She went to the printer, grabbed the receipt and handed it to me. So not sure if she was tired of the mundane job or feeling tired or what, but her customer service style just seemed bad. Sure would have been nice to know what she was doing and how it effects me. 3 stars were for the first associate who was truly helpful.
