There are a few stations to customize files, but I use this onsite feature as a place to sit down and send my images or files to FedEx and just relax and wait for a retrieval code to hit my email. On this visit my print job did not require any assistance, but the shop was busy, looked well staffed, and customers that i viewed did not have any measurable waits. The space is well organized, calm, with numerous self serve stations, it's a great alternative to owning, and maintaining a printer that is not frequently used.

I asked Eric if the parcel was still on site and showed him my kiosk receipt. He immediately went to the back and searched through a large stack of packages, even using a step stool to check the higher shelves. Thanks to his effort, he was able to locate my package. Eric truly went above and beyond. His help saved me a lot of time and hassle--I avoided having the package sent out, returned to me, and then reshipped to the recipient. Also one of our designers mistakenly laid out a brochure on an A4 layout, and I did not have time to change the layout so I asked Sharon if she could print it on A4, and again in one day they have finished the job. I like using this place. It's the same couple young workers there all the time. They don't remember me and that's fine. They just deal with an endless line of people all day long sending packages, making copies, or shipping back returned items. It's the same repetitive routine with them having to keep explaining the same instructions and corrections because we don't do this every day like them. Are they incredibly friendly and customer service oriented - not exactly but they do get you what you need to know and try to get you along on your way. This is not the kind of place where people would want to ooh and ahh and leave an A+ review because it was so great, or something. So all they seem to get are lousy reviews from people that were frustrated. That's not fair. They will try to help. One time, i recall, the fellow (i guess "erik" per other review comments) even was really kind and just paid for my fax fee himself because I'd forgotten to bring anything with me in rushing out to catch them just before they closed. Anyways, many thanks to you folks there at the irving str ups store for always being there and putting up with all of us all day long day after day. A reasonable person will take that into account before making a one star review. I want to set the record straight and let others know that this place does not deserve a one star review. There are two people named rose that work here at Walgreens . No offense to the other rose but please if your using the computer then immediately find rosemary. I needed to purchase some packaging tape to finish off a few packages and the employee gladly took care of it for me without having to buy a new roll, open it up, finish packing it, etc. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my 8 packages which isn't the kind of efficiency I am used to. I leave off one star for now as I'm aware this could have been an isolated incident. Most of the time it's painfully slow and unhelpful service... I'm used to receiving a QR code from Amazon to show the counter staff when dropping off a return. However, when I arrived and searched the app for it, I realized my return required a pre-printed label. This was on me for not noticing sooner, but tell me why it costs $4 and some change just to print a single b/w sheet of paper at UPS. I paid since I was on my way to dinner and didn't want to lug around a clunky box, but this is ridiculous considering it costs a fraction of the price for self-serve printing services at competitors like FedEx. My bad and never again.
