I was looking for a printing shop that would help me print a large quantity of stickers for me to pass out at Fanime this upcoming weekend. When I typed "sticker printing" in Yelp, Image Printing popped up with solid 5 stars, so I decided to come here. I found them in a giant warehouse with large windows on 9th street. I learned that because they only do large orders, any print job they take for a customer has to be a minimum of $65.00. That surprised me, but because of all the 5 star reviews I've seen on Yelp, I decided to go forward with them. They didn't disappoint. I gave Ben and Truman the digital file of my genderbent Hanzo chibi drawing that I wanted printed on stickers. They printed 300 stickers for $65.00. This was also all done within 1 hour! Such great service! They printed the stickers, cut them all out individually, and placed them in a box for me to take. I was very happy with the quality and the service. I plan to come back here if I need to print more stickers! read more

I am a graphic designer with extensive agency and print experience from the east coast, and when I came to the Bay Area I was stunned to find how difficult it was to find a quality offset printer with more than extremely minimal capabilities and capacity. But Ben and his Mighty Print Crew are 100% THE GOODS. If you're looking for a personal job like wedding invitations or a small corporate job like business cards, you can have every confidence. However, I'd like to address my review to print designers like myself, who are looking for a corporate printing resource that can handle quality offset printing, and who can discuss specs that say "4/4 PMS, emboss, flood and spot varnish, foil stamp, die-cut, score and assemble" without passing out. The outside of the building shook my confidence, because there's not even a sign to distinguish it from other buildings on the street. I felt better when I got inside and saw all the evidence of a thriving offset press, stacks of quality paper, and mountains of jobs just finished. When discussing my job, Ben was very forthright in mentioning that digital printing would be a lot cheaper. I and my employer despise digital (SPIT!!), so Ben worked with us to accomplish the effects we were looking for using offset printing on a truly miraculous timeline. He communicated potential trouble spots, and stayed on top of the project everywhere that it could have become a deadline-missing mess. He also advised me on possible issues I didn't anticipate, like ink sliding around when hit with a spot varnish plate due to shortened drying time, and recommended some adjustments that worked well. I was very impressed at the press check. I expected to find a hole in a plate, a registration crack, something or anything. However, the job was perfect and impressive. I'm really looking forward to working with Ben on more projects and plan to utilize him and his team for all of my offset printing moving forward. read more

5 stars without question. A few weeks ago, I was looking for a local printer for a small print project for work on a tight budget. I called around to a couple of places for quotes and was delightfully surprised by Ben's reasonable quote and even better turnaround time. I dropped the file off and was able to pick up the job the next day and was super pleased with the quality of the prints. I just dropped off another project today actually and know that I will be happy with the results. I love that they're a local business with a family-run feel that I can drop in to check in on progress / check out paper samples / check proofs. What a great find thru Yelp! I needed some posters printed, but only about 20. I also wasn't looking to spend much (who is?) After making some calls, it was clear image printing was the best choice. I dropped off my files on a Friday afternoon, and picked up my posters Monday afternoon. They looks fantastic!! And, an unbeatable price - 13x19 inch posters for $1.50 each. Incredible deal. these guys are awesome!! Ben helped me print 5000 stickers last minute we need for a delivery. He got it done in one day, and gave me honest feedback on the design (it sucked) and helped me come up with something better for the application. I was working on a fairly artistic logo project and wanted stickers made so talked to several imaging, design, and printing companies in the Bay including the others listed on Yelp. All the other companies told me my image was not print quality and most companies quoted very expensive rates for designs. Some companies gave samples but none were nearly as good as Ben's work, which was done in fast turnaround and with great artistic quality. Ben understood exactly what I wanted in my file and created it better than any of the other companies so I went with them. It was an easy choice and worked out great so I will be contracting them for future projects. If you need any imaging, design, or printing work done i highly suggest you use them, they are great to work with and Ben has serious skills. read more

Huge props to Ben. I'm based in Texas, but had a book signing here in SF where I planned to also hand out matching stickers. The day before my flight here, my previous printer choice delivered messed up stickers, and would do nothing to fix it but refund my money (begrudgingly). I thought for sure I was sunk. I found Image Printing here on Yelp, read the reviews, and decided to give it a shot. Ben was fast, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He said he could get my stickers printed by the next morning, when I was to arrive in SF. He did! I came straight from the airport and picked up my stickers, and they were perfect! He saved the day. And, his price is extremely reasonable, cheaper than the other printer who messed up my order. These guys were amazing. I came in at 3pm with a request to print 100 wedding programs/brochures by the end of the day. They spent 30 minutes tweaking the brochure on their computer to make sure when it came out it looked good. Price was 1/2 of what was quoted at office depot. Just got our save the dates printed here - and Ben is awesome! I sent him a file over email & he had a sample ready for me within hours. He chose exactly the perfect type of paper & printing style to suit the image - which was a beautiful graphic design by a friend. The colors were spot on to the design mock. And when I asked him for a smaller version, he printed out a size example within 5 seconds. After consulting my fiance, we decided to put in an order over email - and boom it was done and ready in 24 hours! I went with Image Printing for my business stationery because of all the Yelp reviews. I have to say, I was sorely disappointed. Ben set expectations of 3 business days to complete my order (Thursday). Three days later the following week (Tuesday), I called to check the status. He said my order would be ready by end of week (Friday). I hadn't heard from him and called him at 5:30p that day, at which point he told me one of his presses went down, the repair guys didn't fix it in time, etc. etc., that my order would be ready on Monday. I was going to pull my order because he wasn't up front with me over a week prior, when he accepted my order. All in all, he finished my job that Sunday and personally delivered everything to me. He did give me a discount, though I asked for one vs. being offered it. read more
