The team sent to perform the move did a fantastic job dismantling, protecting (blankets, tape & plastic wrap were used) and reassembling my furniture at the new home. I could not have been more pleased with how the move turned out.

Let me clarify this is not for a one bedroom apartment, this is to move one literal bedroom of items from a roommate household to another roommate household so no common area items or large furniture like couches/dining tables etc. Frustrating I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them just to get an estimate that's nearly double my rent. So don't waste your time unless you're prepared to spend thousands of dollars. Would be one star, but I added a second star because the guy on the phone was very kind, and one extra star because this is about my dissatisfaction with a moving estimate, not the actual service. Again the employee who worked with me on the phone to provide my estimate was incredibly nice and helpful, I was just shocked to see the price they asked for.

To start off, they robbed me of money I was owed! The movers were just as bad, immediately setting a negative tone for the day. Their handling of my belongings was careless and unprofessional. Despite my clear labeling of boxes containing fragile items, these were treated with the same rough handling as everything else. I'm sure I'll find damaged items when I open my boxes. They also damage my wall. Idiots! The worst was the stolen money by members in the main office. This is not only a breach of trust but a criminal act which I been advised to report to the authorities. Our movers were amazing! We moved from Philly to DC in 2 days and we literally couldn't have done…read moreit without them. They packed up everything for us and it all arrived in perfect condition. They were kind, professional, efficient, and punctual! My only word of advice would be to the front office, they didn't seem to provide enough communication to the movers and they were short on packing supplies and just how much they had to pack (to be fair they still did an amazing job which is why I'm still giving 5 stars). I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. I would've preferred to be informed much sooner and not just through email but it worked out just fine. Overall I would absolutely hire them again and you should too! (Just be extra communicative about what you need).
