Almost 4 month's later we finally got a refund after Fedex gave us the worst runaround in history. Now, let me tell you why to use these shippers. Their employee Robert fought for us to get the standard amount the packages were insured for. He NEVER gave up. He escalated our property loss when most people would have given up.
