From start to finish...getting my items ready to be shipped to even helping with a claim that needed to be filed with UPS after delivery of my items, Jamie helped me with every step in the process. I was most appreciative when she checked in to see if I needed help with my claim. Jamie didn't just send me an email address for me to figure out the next steps. She followed up and even helped me send off my claim. Without her help, I'm not sure I would have gotten my claim paid so promptly. Drove to the 14th St location and was immediately waited on and told what I needed. He immediately knew what I needed and was so helpful! Cant say enough about my visit and the people I have been telling about great staff and helpfulness. Call and talk to the owner and thanked him for what his staff did for me. He was amazing as well. I entered the following search terms in Google: "traverse city digital passport photo". Google listed three businesses under the "Places" label, one of which was The Copy Shop. When I drove to the Shop, however, I was told it doesn't provide digital passport photos. Granted, this may not be the Shop's fault. I expected Google to list businesses which satisfied all five "search" words. Google may have been programmed to display those which satisfy even just a few of the words. Nonetheless, the result was a wasted trip. So beware: if you use Google to locate businesses which provide a service, and it lists The Copy Shop, call the Shop to verify it offers the service before driving there.
