The service here is always great. Very helpful. The staff go way beyond what one might expect.

They are a regular copy place. They have self-service photocopiers on the sides. They do many other things like laminating, scanning, banners, etc. They are also an authorized FedEx shipping center. I went in just to scan some documents to my email. The lady that took care of us was very helpful. It's a quiet and small space. They can probably solve all your copy needs. read more

Twice I've tried to drop off a fedex package at this location and have been directed to Sanford instead. First time it's because they said they could not accept my return of baby formula from recall; today it's because they do not have a QR reader for generating a fedex label. How is this even a location for drop off? read more

Twice, (in an emergency situation) we have used this facility for copying architectural drawings, and both times the copies were dirty and spotted with ink. (Not exactly a professional presentation for our clients.) We pointed this out to the lady waiting on us. She said, "The machines need to be serviced. They're old machines, and there's nothing we can do about it." Needless to say, we will not be back. read more

I have been using this shop to ship my Fedex packages for about 6 years now. I'm a online shop owner and I use FedEx along with other carriers. Every time I bring in a package I'm asked the same questions "What is in the package?, Did you put a label inside the package?" I do not think it is necessary for me to disclose what I am shipping. That is between me & FedEx. I have been just dealing with it because they are close. But what happened today is what made me decide to never go back there again. I needed to return a brand new unopened iPhone back to Apple. The lady shook the package and asked if it was a phone. She told me that it is hazardous and they will not ship it from this store. She told me I had to take it to Sanford. That is nonsense. I called Safe Ship in Debary, it was explained to me that there is no reason they could not ship it. The Copy Shoppe Owner & his minions act like they pay out of their pocket if there is a FedEx Claim Filed! Never going back and I will recommend others to not ship with them either. Go to Safe Ship. So much easier and they never try to open your package, shake it & ask you a million unnecessary questions. read more

I have used the Copy Shoppe as a FedEx drop-off location in the past and each time I have had an issue with the staff. Yet today was the last straw. I was dropping off a per-paid FedEx package and before even touching the box the lady behind the counter ask me what is inside the box. After I told her I was not sure I was just dropping it off for my wife, The Lady started to shake the box. Then a man (I believe the owner) came to the counter and started squeezing and shaking the box and asking me what is inside. The man then when on to explain that something could fall on the box and crush it. So for two dollars he will fill it with packing peanuts. When I told him "no thank you" he squeezed the box again and said " Do you understand what I am telling you?" So I asked him if he is refusing to ship the package. He said "Yes" unless I pay him 2 dollars to fill the package with packing peanuts. I told him that I will take my business somewhere else. At this point he threw my package on to the counter and yelled "then fine take your business some where else". Now to be transparent this is the point I started yelling and cursing at him as I walked out of his store. Yes I was unprofessional but I am the customer and I feel that the Copy Shoppe is just looking to nickel and dime FedEx customers. The owner had no right to throw the package in anger or yell at me. That is no way to do business. I registered a complaint with FedEx (0306516226) and took that same box to the other FedEx drop off location in Deltona FL. That FedEx location took the box with out question. I will no longer do business with the Copy Shoppe. read more
