Never had any issues at this location, good customer service, location is great and easy to locate and now with updated space.

Customer service at this location is garbage. You coming with a package and if you have an Amazon package then you get to go first even if you were in line first also be prepared for the third degree if you're sending any kind of a package with them I used to work for UPS for well over 10 years we never needed to know what was inside the package to ship it I was not purchasing any extra insurance I just was looking for a shipping label when I explain this to the girl she then asked me if I wanted to purchase a stamp she must think I'm pretty dumb it's great that you have such pleasant and polite customer service representatives maybe you should look at training your staff a bit better I've been in customer service for over 30 years and would expect much more than this when I go out to get serviced considering I'd give the same service to someone else but obviously this location does not look upon customer service as being top-notch based on this I won't be back again and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone in the area That's too bad it's convenient in that shopping center but unfortunately due to poor customer service it's just not worth it I'd rather spend my money at the postal service if I'm going to be treated like that read more

They love to take your money and keep it even if there's a problem without a resolution. Manager is not helpful or even try to be helpful. All about money and what's in it for me. I was a box holder but no more after I've seen the real ups store. Stay away and go to a real UPS customer service desk if you want anything done with packaging and sending packages. read more

UPS ON DOYLE ROAD STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE ,June 29 .2021 me and my Daughter went there to send her all Army military stuffs and uniforms for her first duty base somehow my Daughter received a random package not her military stuffs and uniforms this UPS Store was so careless about person belongings .now we don't know where her package are ,hearing my Daughter crying over the phone as Father it breaks my heart , Shame On you UPS!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. WORST UPS STORE EVER! DO NOT trust to go here. I shipped a duffel bag of military clothes and personal items and got the confirmation that my package arrived at the front door. It wasn't even my package and I don't know whose it is, but it had my shipping label attached to it. Don't know where my original package went and will have to go through the hassle of trying to find and retrieve the original package. Never had a problem with UPS until now but this store really messed up on this one. Whoever messed up this bad should be FIRED. I received a box with a Christmas looking tree thing inside while the original package was a black duffel bag. I don't understand how you mess up that bad. Waited and paid just to receive the wrong package! CARELESS WORKERS! Don't use this store unless you want your packages to get lost in transit. read more

We just did not like this place. It smelled horrible and was so messy. We walked up and said hi to the cashier and we were greeted with about 15 seconds of awkward staring without a word from him. Then when he finally spoke he was clearly irritated about having to put our mail on the scale or anything else for that matter. Just overall not a great experience. read more

This place has some bad reviews on Google but I have been here twice and haven't seen anything to warrant them. I have dealt with 2 different employees and both were friendly. Maybe there are others that are rude like some have said or maybe they have been replaced but both times I have been here has been to drop off a package and it was fine. The only thing I think they should do better is they need to attach the label to the package that is being dropped off in front of the customer so that he or she can know that it has been done. Both times they seem to want to give me a receipt and plan to attach the label after I am gone but they could easily get side tracked and forget. read more
