Stopped in here to have two papers notarized. The charge was $10 per paper, so $20 total. Not bad. I deducted one star just because the notary's handwriting was so sloppy I couldn't read where he wrote in Volusia or Florida. These papers are going to a judge in another state and it would be nice if he could read it. One would think a notary could print legibly, especially when being paid. I did still give 4 stars because all the employees (including the notary) were so very friendly and helpful. They were all smiles! I'm going to need more papers notarized in the next six months and I'll still return here, I'll just ask him politely to please print neatly. =) I also wouldn't hesitate to use this store to ship things for me. I have a 24" x 18" flat metal sign shipped to Ohio. The weight was less than 5 pounds. It was about the size and thickness of a piece of cardboard. I opted to let the UPS store package it to make sure it wouldn't get bent, or damaged. By the time they wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed it up in a box, that was at least 10 times bigger than needed to be.! When he brought it out to show it to me, I was shocked at how freaking huge it was! Even more shocked at the price. It was going to be $55 For shipping and to add insult to injury, it was another $15 for the box! Total cost to ship this 5 pound metal sign totaled up at $70. This was regular ground service. No next day, air, no Saturday delivery, no whipped cream or cherries. Do not let these people pack your items for you. You will pay dearly. I should've packed it myself by now. I ran out of time. They charge by weight and size, so the bigger the box they put it in the more they can charge you. read more

Woman working in the front desk is rude. Although there is a very LARGE plastic glass by the register to prevent employees and visitors from face to face interaction and minimizing transmitting this virus, she insisted on me and her interacting to the side of the glass, face to face, while she was not wearing a mask. While I (a customer) resisted and clearly expressed discomfort, she caught an attitude. Not good! Even her coworker told her to stay behind the glass. No problem dear, my money and business will go elsewhere. read more

Worst ups store I've been to. Front desk guy is super rude. Called several times no answer. On top of that it's a giant rip off. Cost $1.65 to print a label. But $6.95 to use the service to print the label. Which means it cost $9. For a piece of paper. Sad a place has to try and scam as much money as they can like this. I just drove to office max and printed my label for .25 cents. read more

Friendly and patient employees. While waiting in line this lady was asking a million questions about shipping. Like I get it, you're shipping an expensive item and you want to make sure it gets to the desired location safe, but asking the employee over and over if they have ever shipped a package like this before is not only annoying to other customers waiting in line but rude to the employee who had already politely answered your question. Wow! I think I just wrote the worst run on sentence ever. Wouldn't be the first time! The reason I'm giving this place one star is because I needed to scan three documents. The employee scanned my documents, emailed them to me and then told me it would be $6+. My jaw literally hit the counter. Well more figuratively, but that's what it felt like! I feel he should've warned me. Like had my back and said "Hey girl, do you really want to do this. You know there's a free app you can download that'll do the same thing". Okay, I know that would really never happen but at least tell me the price beforehand. I left there feeling used and broke. This store charges the highest rates in the area. I would suggest to anyone who finds themselves needing any of these services to use another UPS location. The rates are set from store to store and this one charges on the higher end. The service is also very poor read more

The lady name Alexandria is very rude and doesn't even have customer service. Didn't even greet me asked me to come up and told me to put my stuff on the scale and threw my package without even closing it in the box. Definitely not going there anymore. read more

The women working there today were rude, both in their expressions and demeanor. Any question I asked or anything I tried to do to be helpful with a large package I brought in was met with, "Put it against the wall. Put it against the wall. Put it against the wall." Yes, she said this THREE TIMES. No courtesies at all. Who do these people think they're talking to? Perhaps management needs to address their employees' emotional issues. $9 dollars to print a piece of paper for a label. What an absolute joke, I'll take my services elsewhere.

UPS damaged 6 expensive glasses I was shipping to a customer. Due to the nature of the contents, I meticulously and securely bubble wrapped each item and placed them in a very thick-walled box. When the box was taken to the UPS store in Orange City, my husband was told the box was covered up to $100. They didn't mention "only if we box it". Just prior to arriving to the customer, the UPS driver somehow smashed the contents. I filed a claim and was told someone from UPS needs to examine the box. They denied the claim. I expressed my anger that they are the ones that damaged my items. They tried to filed another claim. Zack from UPS said it finally got approved. He told me to wait 2 weeks and they will cut a check. When I called them later to pick up my check, Zack said they denied the claim. I spoke with Emma the manager. She did the typical manager garble. She said there is nothing she could do. She was very aware of my anger. I asked what would she do if she were in my shoes. She couldn't give me an answer. BEWARE!!!! Do not use this store for anything valuable. read more

I have never wrote a review before but the way I was treated demands a review. I needed a few pages of 11x17 printed and decided to use the ups store in Orange city off enterprise. From the moment I walked I felt unwelcome. The woman at the desk needed to log into the pc in order for me to print. She asked me to "scoot" over so she could get I front of the pc. When she came over I heard he say under her breath "not far enough". I questioned what she had said and she ignored me. I'm guessing she wanted to social distance but hadn't made it clear. So now I'm in my thumb drive and ready to print. I asked if I could print 11x17 because I didn't see the choice in the printer properties. She didn't seem to know but she did check if there was paper and it was out. This whole experience was so awkward so I didn't question if there was more paper on the premises. I got up to leave and remarked that I now understand why they only got two stars from yelp. She replied in a very sarcastic way "bye". Unbelievable! read more

around 9/28 i took a package into this store. staff there packaged it. it was sent to morgantown WV, and arrived there on september 30, severely damaged. recipient contacted UPS, with pictures of the damage. after hearing nothing I went to the Orange City store to find out the status of the claim. manager said no claim had been filed, but he would start process-this was about one month later, and I was told that the item would be picked up and assessed to refund shipping costs and insurance of $100. have never heard another word, and checking today was told the time limit for submitting claim had run out...........I am very upset and want to get an answer and my refund . UPS in WV accepted the claim from the recipient, and had the pictures, and now I am told there is no claim????? Better Business Bureau is my next stop read more

The BEST STORE EVER!!! I was traveling from Chicago on business to Orlando,Fl. I was at the Holiday Inn in Orange City, FL and visited The UPS Store in Orange City, FL. Not only did they greet me, but the pfofessional courtesy and expert service won me over. Not only did I ship my packages to My next site, but their curiousness for business and care lead me to ship 45 more packages! I travel from place to place.Every time I got to my next stop, the packages were their, with little notes from the guys at this Orange City, FL UPS Store telling me what to do next. They called and texted me letting me know. Truly A++++ service. The future of pack/ship and its stores needs to see what these guys do. Dis-regard any negative message you see online of this store and any of The UPS Stores. These stores are owned independetly. Their job is to prepare the package and pack. NOT TO Deliver. Some people who write these idiotic messages saying "the package did not get their"....well its not the stores problem. Out of my 45 some odd packages...I had 3 that were late. but guess what??? The only help you get from UPS is to call the store you shipped it from! When I called them, they took care of the rest. The store, its associates and workers are their for your support and will help you regarding damage, claims, and late arrivals. I did not know this but they explained the process and their again: They solved all issues. Its the shipping companies....UPS,FEDEX, DHL who leave you hanging, not the store and its associates. Rememner THAT! They even filed the late arrival claim and I got my shipping back for 3 of my packages!!! read more
