The lady that has dark hair that works here is so nasty and rude genuinely the worst customer service I've dealt with and I don't write yelp reviews unless I've had multiple horrible encounters and this is one of them I went in to return a package and every time I do she is so standoffish so I had left after returning my package and quickly realized the card I had originally bought the product with had gotten canceled weeks prior of me returning the package so I had called her to ask cause I had already left to ask how I could deal with that and if I would still get my full refund and she replies rudely "wouldn't you contact tik tok for that." so I replied with "um I suppose so." and hung up the phone because at that point I'm just tired of the horribly rude customer service when I was simply just trying to ask a question because I didn't know any better. read more

Super friendly staff and fast service. The owner - this business was just acquired in April- was very helpful as I converted the QR code to a mailing address on my phone. It's so nice to have an Amazon return place in Libby!! They have a good selection of stuff to mail also...cards, boxes, etc. read more

Lots of negative reviews for the store. I have had zero issues there with easy drop-offs for UPS, etc. Some folks seem to think the owner is rude but my experience is that this is simply her affect, the "way she is" if you will. She doesn't jump up and down and make me tea and biscuits but I have yet to leave with an issue unresolved or feeling like I was ignored. Good store, good service, great results. read more

I was forced to use this as an option for fedex since i didn't have a printer to schedule a home pick up. Fedex standard shipping was 115$ for ground. The item was Large but not heavy. The Lady said "you know about how much this will be right?" i jokingly doubled the price and said "Oh knowing what I've heard about 300$" she said "close, 285$. so not as bad" i was floored and livid. i arrived at 1:15pm, watched her finish her lunch while talking about Trump conspiracies with another customer. Did not acknowledge me until 1:27 when she said "Well i better finish up, looks like a big problem is waiting for me." I can't imagine how a business like this keeps itself afloat. maybe it's easy when they overcharge their customers? do yourself a favor, and drive yourself to Kalispell to any other shipping facility. Fill your gas tank and buy yourself a beer for all the money you'll save. read more

Well Miss Thing...apparently you are giving false information and UPS corporate has also filed a complaint about your little store regarding your poor attitude. I only go in to copy this send that because it's the only place in town that has the services I need, However, the older lady that works there is rude and slow and doesn't mind keeping you waiting while she talks to her friends that come in. She prints more pages than I asked her to then charges me for them all. When I called her on it she grabbed a piece of paper from under the counter and said, well I didn't charge you for this one. Then crumpled it up and threw it away without me seeing if it really was part of my documents. Why save it under the counter, to just throw it away later? She's dishonest as far as I'm concerned, a cheat. I watched her click the mouse twice to print one document file because she didn't think it went through the first time and I Still had to pay for the extra paper she printed on "accident"! read more

I have used this Copy This Send That on several occasions out of necessity. If they were not the only service like it in Libby, I would go elsewhere. The owner is not only a know-it-all, but also a nosy overbearing busybody with illusions of grandeur and rude on top of that - very unprofessional. She does not present you with shipping options and costs among the various carriers - she just selects her idea of what would be best and hands you the bill. If you want to review options with her she seems put out to have to stop, go back and review the options. My recommendation to others in our community is that if you would like to be avoid a hassle with an indignant owner - go elsewhere. Even if I have to go to Kalispell or Bonners Ferry to avoid this nonsense I will. read more

I think its hilarious that all the bad reviews are by out of towners. The locals get their mail here because it is SO much better than the post office, and its locally owned, I get to speak with the owner every time I go in, and I am on a first name basis. I have been getting my mail here for 5+ years; my life and business was infinitely and instantly better after getting my mail here vs the post office. Thanks Renee, keep it up! read more

The lady that runs this store is quite possibly the rudest individual I've met. Normally I avoid this store like the plague and try to coordinate any outgoing UPS packages with meeting the delivery driver at my door during a dropoff, but every once in awhile I have to drop something off on a Saturday and then they sit at her shop well into the following week with no movement. When you call to find out what's going on she is very short and refuses to help at all. If I ever win the lottery I'll open another location just so the people in this community aren't forced to put up with her. I would give negative stars if I could read more

Last 3 times my wife or i have gone in to get things printed or faxed the owner was completely disrespectful and rude to the point we left and drove to kalispell to get a new printer/copy/fax machine and extra ink so we have no need to stop by. I would recommend going to the library or getting your own equipment before going back in there. Once with the disrespect and attitude maybe a bad day but 2-3 times in a row is uncalled for and obvious its intentional. read more

I've used this little business dozens of times over the years. I've always gotten prompt and polite service for whatever I've needed. Once masks were no longer mandated, they quit using them which is fine with me since they are of very little value. Just think, you can still smell smoke while wearing a mask and smoke particles are a lot bigger than virus particles! Besides that, they made it easy to reduce personal contact when just dropping off a package to be sent. read more

I am shocked by the negative reviews, I have been using CTST for years, and have been very happy with the customer service and friendly staff. They are well versed on the ins and outs of all topics related to mail, packages, and deliveries. I have seen this business go above and well beyond to help with packages that don't go as planned, assist with odd requests, and on one occasion, criminal activity. They have completed coping jobs and requests for me in a timely manner with professional results, with a smile. As for the negative comments on masks, the owner is an Air Force veteran, and she understands and follows current guidelines as given by local officials. She also has been on the frontline defending American's freedom and allows the customer that freedom to choose. I personally, had a man yell at me while her establishment, with regards to masks and CTST handled it very professionally. This business is one of distinction and is one that Libby can claim as a success story of a local kid, who went out into the world, came home, and started a successful business. What makes this different from similar shops in larger cities is the degree of personalized service. Recently I went in to have a fairly ordinary copying job done: just 30 copies of a piece of paper (black and white, no fancy paper, no unusual sizes) and was surprised when an employee did the copying for me rather than issuing me some sort of card and having me perform the copying myself. I don't think this is much of a point of differentiation, however, as there is no similar business in town and so you will naturally find yourself in this shop for your photocopying needs. read more

In a town where shops may or may not be open during "business hours" you can count on Copy This Send That more than any other place in town. We did all of our shipping there and Renee and her team were very helpful getting us the very best shipping rate and option. They know us by name, face and vehicle, so when we pull up, they are getting our mail for us. I never used my key on my box. The mailbox rates are quite reasonable, *But You Should Know, I have since learned that the post office in Libby will accept UPS/FedEx packages to your PO Box (this is done in rural areas only) and that the post office will not forward mail from your private mail box to your next address.* There are times when they get very busy, but they are generally pleasant and always knowledgeable about shipping. read more
