When it arrived, it had been damaged in transit (no fault of A7's, just some bad luck). The front wheel was bent beyond repair and, because I had an organized ride through Glacier the day after it arrived, there wasn't enough time to order a new one and no other shop in town had a suitable replacement. I was desperate and seemingly without options. So Travis lent me the front wheel of his personal bike. I offered to reimburse him for the ad hoc rental, and he politely declined. The result was an awesome bike trip, completely saved by A7. None of it would have happened without the ingenuity and generosity of this shop. If you're in town, I highly recommend A7.

The machines were ok and most used quarters with a few utilizing cards. (Change machines are available.) If you need to personally wash up, there are two separate shower areas (pay) and restroom. If you want to go the lazy way out, you have the option to leave your stinky laundry and pick up the following day but I believe you need your make prior arrangements. Highly recommend!

Although we gave detail records of everything they picked up. They then proceeded to deliver the wrong furniture from someone else's home to our home. After we notified them of this mistake they sent someone to pick up stuff and then proceeded to forget items again so I had to call again for them to pick up someone else's stuff. We prepaid for a year of storage but then for 4 months straight they continued to charge me every month and I would have to call up and ask for a credit again and for them to reverse the charge. All of these errors and issues done while they continue to state they don't make mistakes. I would love for another mover and storage company in the area.

The two movers, Jacob and Dylan, called me the day of the move, and offered to arrive earlier than the appointment, if it was convenient (which it was). The scenery was gorgeous and our guide, Mo, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and fun. We had lunch in a meadow and learned about different kinds of trees and wildflowers. We also learned a lot about how landscapes change over time. I really appreciated how Mo led friendly discussions about different aspects of the terrain. Because she studied ice, her expertise is very specific and in-depth. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience a comprehensive guided hike of Glacier National Park.
