My gaming rig screen went black and i freeked. brought it in to these guys and i thought i was gonna need another new video card. they checked it out while i waited and found the connection came loose. Very honest shop. they did a tune up and clean up some Trojan stuff, got my Computer back and only charged me 50 bucks. I was ready to pay alot more but these guys are honest. Needless to say the Tech got a nice Tip Highly recommended repair shop Update, not happy at all. took my Gaming rig home and no games would load. took it back and all the guy said is reinstall them even after i told him that it said Directx 9.0c was not installed. I reinstalled all games and same problem. this only after they worked on it and updated it. Supper pissed that they take my money "and willing to pay more" to get my computer running properly. but obviously they didn't check it after they worked on it. I'm gonna take it back one more time and see if they can fix it right. I would appreciate a reply from technician please... update took it back in on 03/05/18 and explained that none of these issues started until he updated drivers, he had it for about half a day and then called me and said that in fact it was the new updated driver for my Video card, reinstalled old one and it fixed all issues so going back to 5 stars for effort and putting up with me. read more

They take care of all of our small business needs (business cards, folders, postcards, etc). We get our Christmas cards printed here every year. They also did all of the printing we needed for our wedding. Quite simply put, they offer amazing quality service that you can count on for very reasonable prices. These guys are amazing! Not only are they helpful, kind, and always willing to aid those who know nothing about printing but they managed to help me put together my entire graduation final! NEVER GO TO KINKOS AGAIN! When I spoke to them they actually understood the things i was saying. I often need very specif and special printing instructions and they didn't act like i was crazy. They listened and got it done right, and on the FIRST try. I often know more about printing and the print industry than kinkos employees, that place is a joke. Copy Cats know more and have WAY better equipment and a much smarter staff than any kinkos i've ever been to. Bit far, but worth the drive. AMAZING PRICES! read more

Was looking to find a new printer for my company's printing needs and was excited to see a local one with such great reviews. With the amount of projects I need to get printed, I cannot trust a printer who cannot get back to me in a timely manner. I talked to Duy on friday and got a simple quote. Asked for a few others and no reply. I followed up on tuesday, then wednesday... it is now monday and still nothing. I guess they are unable to provide even a simple reply. read more

This place should get 10 stars!! (: The workers are fantastic and best of all friendly!! Whenever I need ANY kind of computer or graphic related things done, this is always the place to be!! The owner of the shop is extremely educated in computers and has a great staff that is very skilled in designing and such. Things I had done here: 1. Replaced macbook keyboard. -Let me tell you...anything apple related is going to be freaking expensive. So whenever there is something wrong with my macbook I do not even want to think about stepping into an apple store. I immediately call Copy Cats. They are not only skilled in PC but apple as well. The owner of the store owns a macbook himself and is very educated with apple computers so dont be afraid to send your apple stuff here. Normally apple will charge you a huge fee for replacing your keyboads and will take forever in ordering you a new one. I called copy cats a week or so in advance to let them know whats wrong and they ordered me a keyboard and right when I went in there, the guy immediately installed the keyboard for me in less than 5 minutes! In and out the door asap! They didn't even charge me a fee for "installing" the keyboard..unlike the apple store. Definitely worth trying out if you want to avoid huge fees from the apple store. 2. Made Vinyl Stickers -First of all let me tell you I am a huge hello kitty FAN. So you can already tell I am very picky about my hello kitty stuff. I wanted some stickers made as a gift for my girlfriends for christmas. We are all huge snowboarding fans as well so I wanted a sticker with hello kitty snowboarding. I had a slight clue to what I wanted it to look like...but not really. So I pitched the outline of what I kind of wanted, but the designer at copy cats made my dreams come true!!! The sticker design came out SOOOOOOOO awesome. I LOVEEEEEEE it sooo much!!! I put a picture of the sticker along with this review for you guys to see. SOOO awesome. I trusted copy cats enough so I actually did not even see the design until it was all ready and printed. And they sure did not disappoint me!! (: 3. Made T shirts -Not only do they fix computers, design stuff for you, they also make t shirts as well!! (: In fact I honestly do not know what it is that they do NOT do. They seriously do everything. Make posters etc etc etc. They are awesomeeeee. The tshirts I wanted to be made were REALLY last minute. It was wednesday and I needed the tshirts by saturday. I called the store and told the owner I needed these tshirts asapp!! So he tried to accomodate me as much as he can. Gave him the design on the following thursday and he had the shirts printed on friday!! Amazeballs. Seriously no other store would do this for you except them!! Shirts turned out great and will come back to have them make more (: Overall this is a great store. Very diverse in things they can do. Even if what you need to get done isnt advertised...if you just ASK, they can seriously try to figure something out to help you. Or at least give you advice or find some other place that can accomodate what you want!! read more

I've been coming to this company for many years and have always had excellent service. Today I was treated with such disrespect that I simply had to walk away. I placed a printing order for business cards. The color on the font of the cards came out different colors. The guy helping literally said that his printing machines are not consistent. He further commented that if he does a print job one day it will come out a different color another day. So unfortunate because they use to be so great. He then told me I must be right since I'm a lawyer and he must be wrong, no need to go there at all. read more

I always purchase digital files for invites on Etsy and have them printed here. They are extremely reasonable with their pricing.
