Literally! America needs small, family owned, businesses. Dead And Buried is the epitome of that American Dream, come to life. Not only is it owned AND operated by family, they treat their clients LIKE family, too. They're always welcoming, helpful, and determined to deliver what they've promised. They have printed many items for my band, multiple times, and the quality is always superior. It all starts with clear communication about the vision of the product and execution of the artwork before the product is printed. Achieving that is a crucial element to customer service in the screen printing/design industry. Their artist always makes sure my artwork is of the highest quality before it's printed and sent to the screen burning/washing process. From simple one color prints, to four color process, the prints are always clear, clean, and soft. In order to achieve that quality, the man working the press has to fully understand how to use the equipment. Lining up the colors, knowing how many passes each color should be printed, and placement of the image on the garment are all important. When you've printed shirts for half your life, like these guys have, you know how to do all of these things. Those qualities, coupled with the "like family" treatment, and quick turnaround time is enough for me to keep bringing my business back to Dead And Buried. ASAP. not really. try a month. polite main guy (this is how all businesses should be so it shouldn't even need to be said) I still don't understand what is so difficult or demanding on a job setting such as a quiet tshirt shop that calling the customer to inform them of delays and mixups is impossible. After mixups and delays ongoing for a month...Its unfortunate that I walked into this establishment believing in such a grassroots vision business and telling others of this place. I wanted to post a really positive account, but this was my experience. Who knows. I have worked with Dead and Buried for several print projects now and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my results!! I heard of Dead & Buried from a friend, so I initially made the drive from Huntington Beach, because I like to support small businesses and like that I could support a referral from a friend. Somewhere in between one of my several visits, I cheated on Dead & Buried and went to a local shop in Huntington Beach because, being honest, I just didn't want to make the drive. Well let me tell you, I will never do that again! The other company was very impersonal, and while they accommodated my request, they didn't use the proper ink on my shirts so the logo split the first time I put the shirt on. Fortunately for me, it wasn't a massive order.
