Apparently not tru as I was advised that if they have to print the shipping label they have to charge for taping up the box. The clerk AND the manager were very snotty, told me I was wrong about the Amazon return (maybe so but still), etc... it wasn't the $1 for the taping of the box that got me it was the nasty attitude and the yammering under their breath as they taped it up. The printer was only 70 so I declined went home could not install drivers they would not install. I called back the store they gave me an 833 number they said that could help me with it instead of charging me 2999 I was charged $110. I called Staples spoke to manager. They were not able to help me at all to reimburse me for the price difference of 110 to 2999. I will never ever shop at Staples again.
