If I need a shipper again there, I will try out the other option listed on the auction site, The UPS Shop, instead. This company flat ripped me off on shipping. They charged me $66.47 for a package of marbles that could have easily fit in and shipped in a medium USPS flat rate priority box. I even said that to the hoarse-voiced lady on the phone. She claimed that it wouldn't fit and that it was too heavy to ship that way. It was 9 lbs. I have had those same boxes packed full of heavy reloading lead shipped to me. Bottom line is that it should not have been a dollar over $45 at the very most including their fee, and I ship all the time. They also did an extremely poor packaging job. There was barely any cushion for vintage marbles. Two of the bags of marbles were busted open and all over in the box by the time I got them. The obviously repurposed packaging materials also smelled like mold. Absolutely pathetic. Never again.

They also have a rewards program!! They have Penske trucks for rental! I've used that service as well! Also they make Banners, shirts, and any goodies you may need to promote your business! I went in that day to check on it and they told me, oh there's no way we'll have it done because our printer is down. I understood and left. I checked the following day just to be told that they don't take orders over the phone and no one would have put my order in. I explained it would have been nice to know that when I came in to check on my order the previous day, as I am relying on this order for my business. My response was basically oh well, no one put your order in and we don't have it. I was in shock to be treated in such a flippant, disregarded way. I would be absolutely embarrassed for a customer to come into my shop and get treated in that manner. I then tried calling corporate to report the matter but could not get a representative to answer the phone! I was trying to call just to report the situation in a private way, but since there was no way for me to privately settle the matter, I felt compelled to leave a review.
