I have arrived at this location FOUR times where the location has been closed early. Twice was 30 min before they closed. Twice I have spoken to management and they assured me it would not happen again and offered me a bed upgrade discount to my membership. Welp, it happened again just a couple weeks later. I then switched to the Whitestone location and asked if I could cancel my membership and the manager said sure I would then only have 30 days left to tan (until my next draft date). I come in two weeks later and they said my membership had been terminated and the manager was mistaken with nothing they could do unless I wanted to sign up again and pay sign up fee. I turned my head a number of times and gave the benefit of the doubt that it was just young lazy employees not wanting to stay til close but it apparently goes much higher than that. The tan came out amazing and perfectly even. I was a little scared because it looked like some of it rubbed off on my clothes on the way home. I debated just rinsing it off but decided to let it sit and when I rinsed 4 hours later (i got the express which I highly recommend!) and it was so even you couldn't tell any of it came off. She did two light coats which I think was what made it stay so even. I'll definitely be back in a few weeks when I have a wedding :)

All of that goes a really long way making me want to come back and never need to look for another location, of course. She checks to make sure I want any of the add-ons I've had before which I do every time, and I also have started getting the mitt for applying the primer every time. She's the only employee I saw today and the salon was in perfect shape. All the rooms were clean and ready to go. She did not ask me to make a review by the way, but even if she had, I wouldn't have minded and have been would've been happy to do so. Sometimes employees at certain businesses will tell you they have some kind of competition going on or just ask if you would give a good review if you're happy with them.
