I used to love this location after moving off Avery Ranch--it was convenient and reliable. Sadly, things have changed. The hours are now inconsistent (not listed correctly to several online searches) and the new front desk guy (apparently the owner's son) was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service. When I asked for corporate info, he refused however calling the owners ( his mom and dad) from his personal phone after I insisted it wasn't necessary. I'll be canceling my account. Very disappointing decline in service. read more

BEWARE!!!! This is the worst experience with a tanning company I've ever had. I tend to have late work nights therefore a tight schedule. I have arrived at this location FOUR times where the location has been closed early. Twice was 30 min before they closed. Twice I have spoken to management and they assured me it would not happen again and offered me a bed upgrade discount to my membership. Welp, it happened again just a couple weeks later. I then switched to the Whitestone location and asked if I could cancel my membership and the manager said sure I would then only have 30 days left to tan (until my next draft date). I come in two weeks later and they said my membership had been terminated and the manager was mistaken with nothing they could do unless I wanted to sign up again and pay sign up fee. I turned my head a number of times and gave the benefit of the doubt that it was just young lazy employees not wanting to stay til close but it apparently goes much higher than that. This place will nickel-and-dime you. Take your business elsewhere! I went in for a single tanning session (non-member). Their prices are quite high for a single session ($40 for one session, $50 for two). I went for the 2 sessions, $50. I also got two single-use tanning lotions for $12 each ($24 total). The prices were quite high but thats okay, because I simply wanted a quick tanning session -- I was okay with paying that price. I then sign a waiver which include having to wear the correct eye protection while tanning. (Yep, that makes sense!) I then am taken to a bed and get ready to tan, when I realize there's no eye protection. I redress and go to the front and ask for eye protection, to which this young kid working the front tells me, "we have the eye protection, but they're $5 each." Really? I just payed $50 to use this tanning bed? Signed a waiver requiring me to wear eye protection, and it's not provided with the service?? Makes no sense. Obviously whoever owns this location simply wants your money and does not care to provide their guests with the appropriate accommodations. I paid $75 for them to tell me I have to pay more money for eye protection (which, is required to do, per the waiver.) I will not be back. Go somewhere else where the business is run properly. read more

I hate to have to write a nasty review. At this point I wouldn't want anyone to waste their time or money on this place. I have a spray tan membership with tan it all. Which includes the body wrap, cocoon, spray tans, facial red light. I bought this package for New Years. Figured I would get my money's worth out of the package as I have several events come my up. I came in bought the spray tan membership and bought two lotions need for the wrap and red light which the women helping me failed to tell me you get a discount on the products when you buy the membership . I only knew to ask bc my friend is also a member. Made an appointment for the body wrap at the Avery ranch location. I drove from Georgetown after work to make my appointment. Once I arrived at the location they had let someone go in to my body wrap session during my schedule appointment. The manager called and apologized. I the manager suggested "why don't you just do the wrap and then just get a spray tan Immediately afterwards. I declined as I need to shower after sweating profusely in a body wrap. I waited an hour to do the body wrap for the client they gave my spot to finish her wrap. I wanted to get a spray tan post my body wrap to be ready for New Years. Now that my body wrap wrap appointment had to be pushed back till 8. I was going to be pushing the time frame as they take their last spray tan at 8:45. I had to rush home take a shower and exfoliate in prep for my spray tan. My friend that is a member with spoke with another employee at the CP location. The CP employee stayed open for me to get a spray tan. She was great super knowledgeable about the products and packages. She did let me know that person at avery ranch sold me the wrong package which did not include the moisturizer when spray tanning. I had to then change my package. She also let me know that you were not supposed to get a spray tan with the products that you use at the body wrap that it would affect your spray tan. Dodged a bullet there. Incident number two I made an appointment for the body wrap for 7 PM. I planed to do the spray tan after I got a shower post body wrap. I arrived at my body wrap session. They said I could not start my body wrap until 730 because I had to wait 24 hours in order to do the body wrap. Which I had not been notified about prior to this when I made the appointment or notified when I started my membership. I then had to wait to do my wrap. The person working the front desk stated she would stay late and allow me to do my spray tan due to the inconvenience. I did the wrap. Once I came out she stated there should not be a 24 hour rule and they were sorry for the incovienve. Due to the time I got out my wrap should no longer wait for me to come back and complete my spray tan. She suggested coming back tomorrow I flew out the next morning and would not be able to before my flight. So I was unable to utilize my membership once again before my trip. I had plans to fly to California for my friends bachelorette party tan, unfortunately I had to fly the next morning at 6 AM tan less. The employee stated that the manager would be in contact with me to make it right. I have yet to her hear from her. Great concept just unable to use it due to poor education and appointment disfunction. Don't bother wasting your time making appointment the two critical times I made one I was unable to utilize my membership package. read more

My wifes membership doesn't have a spray tan credit till tomorrow. The attendant told her she could spend $80 on a spray tan or wait till tomorrow so my wife drove there for nothing and wasted her time. In this situation - they should have allowed her to use her credit from tomorrow because she made the trip ect. This is called customer service. From a business perspective I know it doesn't hurt their company. We both work, have kids, and a very busy life and every time my wife drives to get a spray tan I give her a hard time about it bc I'm not the tanning type, I like her beautiful skin color the way it is ect... That's why I'm writing this post... You just made both our lives more difficult because you didn't have the foresight to think about about your customers needs. If there was competition near by you guys would loose us as customers. read more

I upgraded to a stand up bed and the bed never worked. It would glitch on and off then when it would finally come on, it would shut off early. This happened for a week. Each time, I'd been communicating with the staff about what would happen. When it happened the last time, the manager was on site. I told her that I wanted to cancel my membership. She got upset, raise her voices and augured with me. I let her know I didn't want to argue I just need to not be billed for a service i never received. She gave me a number I could text to cancel. I let her know I could do that but I also needed to speak with someone to confirm that I would not be billed for the next cycle as she said I would have to be billed for the next cycle. I had to really push to get to talk to someone. She called the owner and he did speak with me and ended up canceling my account. He interrupted me several times and did not refunds me any money I paid even though I never once received what I paid for. I would not give this place any more money. read more

I live in Cedar Park and loved the tanning place I went to; off of Hwy 183. But they closed several years ago. Spent several months visiting other locations and reviewing yelp, before I committed to Lux-Tan/Tan it All. I have been going to the Avery Ranch location since then. Extremely helpful staff. Clean rooms, good discounts when you catch them. Kristi P. is excellent, courteous, professional, but more importantly - Knowledgeable about the beds and her products. I went in today and Amanda explained the promotion to me correctly and went above and beyond to get my account sorted out. This was my second visit to this location and I am pleased to say that my skin tone has changed only in a couple of visits. I am not a tanning guru so we will see how the tan progresses and will update here. I wanted to do the best one they had but was told to start on the "starter beds" I guess so that I don't burn. I appreciated not being sold the most expensive option that I didn't need just yet. The girl explained the process (not that it's complicated) and gave me some special glasses to wear etc and recommended a higher time for a subsequent visit. Good visit all in all. read more

Poor customer service, staff talks to you like they have something better to do on the phone. I tried to cancel my account and a couple different girls couldn't give me direct information on who could help me or when I wouldn't be charged for the account I was cancelling. Half the time no one really knows what they are talking about. When I tried to provide them with the exact time and date of my call they said they would look up on their cameras to confirm my call but when I was called back the next day all that happened was they talked to the sales associate... i'm sure she was just covering herself. I bought a membership in August, paid the fees and all, went almost everyday.... then stopped because of credit card fraud so they contacted me saying my card hasn't been charged and I said I would like to cancel my card. The woman from tan it all told that's fine it's cancelled because you do not have a connecting card. Long story short.... they ended up sending me to collections with no prior warning I owed anything or need to talk to anyone else to cancel my membership. Since the new owner, its all about the "upsell". They get a commission for seeking you points for upgrades. The problem is , the standard 20 min bed gives you more color than the " upgraded" one. I have found several salons that are much cheaper, don't try to upsell you all the time, and give you the same tan or darker. Save your money & go some where else read more
