We arrived in Key West the week of Thanksgiving in 2023. Before we left, our dog tore his right ACL. But could still walk. Two days after arriving in Key West, our dog tore his left ACL to the point he could not walk. we were so concerned about what we were going to do, since we were not in our home state. We got hooked up with Dr Bibevski and her team through the vet here in Key West. Within two weeks Buster had his left ACL surgery. At eight weeks, he was completely healed, and walking again! Then we had Dr Bibevski do the right ACL leg. And he has done amazingly well! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Bibevski, Annie, and Amy. This team is amazing! As dog owners, we look at him as our child, not just a dog. And they get that. He has had excellent care with this team, better care than he has ever had in his entire life! If you need any kind of surgery for your dog in the south Florida area, you need look no further than at this surgery team. They are top notch!

The doctor and staff of COR Vet Surgery were so helpful, reassuring and responsive for my dog's TPLO surgery. The 8 weeks is finally up, and my 9-year old Libby is looking amazing. Walking normal, happy and no longer looking in pain. Thank you everyone for helping get my pup back to tip top shape. Morgan

On the very same day my cat, Colt, experienced a major urinary emergency, my father suffered a massive stroke, which took his life just days later. I was pulled in two impossible directions at once, and the team at Wilton Manors Animal Hospital stepped in and carried me -- and my fur-baby -- through it... Their medical care for Colt was exceptional, but what I will never forget is the love, kindness, and emotional care they showed my family and me during the worst days of my life. A very special and prominent thank-you to Rashad, who made daily calls and left voicemails updating me on Colt's condition. He didn't just provide clinical updates -- he made sure I knew Colt was doing well, that I didn't need to worry, and that I should focus fully on my family and my father during his stroke and passing. That level of compassion is rare. It was genuine, steady, and deeply comforting when I needed it most. Colt is thriving today because of this incredible team, and I will be forever grateful. This is now -- without question -- my forever veterinary practice for all current and future pets. I truly cannot offer higher praise or deeper thanks for the care they showed my fur-baby and my family during our loss. From the bottom of my heart: thank you, The Hirt Family & Colt

From routine checkups to more complex care, she has always treated our dogs with the same level of dedication, patience, and genuine love that we give them at home. It's rare to find a veterinarian who combines such deep medical knowledge with such warmth and empathy--for both pets and their humans. Over the years, Dr. Perez has guided us through every stage of our dogs' lives. She takes the time to listen, explain options clearly, and make sure we feel confident about every decision. Her calm, thoughtful approach has made even stressful moments easier, and we've always known our "kids" were in the very best hands. When Dr. Perez opened her own practice some 10+ years ago, we were absolutely thrilled and followed her there, even though she was now 40 minutes away. She has built the kind of veterinary care environment every pet owner hopes for--professional, welcoming, and centered on the well-being of every animal that walks through the door. If you're looking for a veterinarian who will care for your pets as if they were her own, we cannot recommend Dr. Perez highly enough. Our Westies--and our family--are so grateful for her years of exceptional care.

That is...until I started getting booked with Dr. Rey. My cat has had a lot of allergy and health issues, so he really hates the vet. He takes a little more patience, some Gabapentin, and understanding. I've had many vets be able to examine him fine. Even Dr. Marlar told me that she didn't need my cat to be medicated to come in. But then again, she's obviously a cat person and cats can tell. Dr. Rey treated my cat with disdain. She told me to drug my cat twice before coming, something I've never been told to do. When I only gave him one dose (normal for him) she said "Why did you not drug him twice? I wrote it out for you...see? Right here??" In a nasty tone. I was embarrassed to be spoken to like a child like that. I'm a customer and loving cat parent trying to do my best. On another visit she told me "we can't check his vitals or weight, because he's being so nasty and I won't risk injury for my staff." Isn't it your job to put animals in distress at ease? Every time I I've gone here with Dr. Rey, I leave embarrassed and like IM in the wrong. I decided to stop coming here and went to Victoria park animal hospital. My cat was calm, cool, collected. He was wrapped in a calming pheromone blanket and they took everything slow with him. The way you HAVE to handle cats. Dr. Rey clearly doesn't have the patience for that. Last note, to add salt to the wound, when we were in between vets...they wouldn't approve my cat's prescription food until I called. Who denies prescription cat food when I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there and they explicitly wrote "do not change his diet" in his records??? Not impressed at all and we've been to MANY vets over the course of time. If you're a cat owner, I recommend someplace else.

We brought my 13.5-year-old dog, here during what turned out to be a life-threatening Addisonian crisis. Despite his age and a Grade 5 heart murmur, we were left waiting for 2.5 hours without being seen by the doctor. At the two-hour mark, a nurse finally came out to the waiting room, and only after I pleaded with them, explaining that he could barely stay on his feet! When she tried to check his gums, my pup snapped at her. Instead of recognizing that a normally gentle senior dog snapping is a major red flag for severe pain and metabolic distress, they actually concluded he was 'stable enough' to keep waiting- because he had the energy to snap. - according to the receptionist. The management here is reckless. Looking at other reviews, it's clear that waiting for hours is the norm, which is completely unacceptable for an emergency facility. We finally followed our gut, left this clinic, and rushed him to VEG where he was seen immediately. It turned out my pup was in a full-blown Addisonian crisis that was actively damaging his kidneys. He required 48 hours of intensive care, precision IV stabilization to survive. Had we listened to the staff here and continued to wait, I don't think my little man would have made it. If your pet is in a crisis, do not risk their life by waiting at this facility.

GO ELSEWHERE. I would only go there for emergencies since they are a 24 hour center. My very first…read morevisit with my puppy I made an appointment and even called to confirm only to be kept sitting in a room for an hour until someone came in. Every time I have made an appointment (probably 5-6 times now) I am waiting around an hour to receive vet attention, one time was even an oral Bordetella which took 1 minute to administer. 1) The first time I went there was when I first received my puppy she was having a worm issue. I took her in and they had some standard de-wormer they gave her but also took a fecal sample which was like 80$. 2-3 more visits back there she is still having worms. So I do my own research and find out the medication they are giving her only treats certain worms and not tapeworms, which judging by the photo I had (which I showed the vet) clearly looks like tapeworms. So they gave me a different medication and that ended that. 3 visits which should have been 1. Each visit an absurd wait time. 2) When I took my puppy to get spayed my total bill was almost 1300$. I was shocked. Their pricing for everything is over the top. 3) My now 9 month old puppy got sick from a boarding place, was having diarrhea for 2 days and vomiting bile by the second day. I brought her in for an "appointment" which I made over the phone to yet again wait an hour. During my third trip outside (because my dog has diarrhea) I looked up and called another vet nearby to ask if I could get in, they said "absolutely". I went back in and said "You can cancel my appointment, I am going somewhere else" She said, "would you like to reschedule?" I told her that every time I am here I am waiting hours when I make an appointment and my dog here has diarrhea I cant just wait here. The manager came out and was able to get a vet to see her out in the waiting room which I appreciated so I stayed. To speed it up, the vet wanted to carry out 1800$ worth of services/ tests/ medications for my puppy who probably just had stress colitis from boarding. For some stupid reason I said to go ahead with the pancreatitis test and of course the fecal test along with the medications. My bill was still almost $700. They told me I would have the fecal results in 24 hours and its been 2 days now. I even called today and spoke with someone and they never called me back. Thankfully my pup was better within the day after taking medications. I normally do not write reviews but when it comes to a family member and receiving this level of service and in my opinion scamming their patients... I wanted to let anyone who sees this know what they are dealing with.
