Tender and perfectly seasoned. There is a very large variety of meat ranging from chicken, pork, lamb, to beef. There are many different parts of each type of meat. For example beef ribs, top sirloin, beef neck, chicken heart. They were all worth trying! The beef is especially amazing. Another very cool aspect of this steakhouse was the freshly made salsa. You get to choose your own ingredients and they make the salsa right there in front of you. It is simply amazing! Super aromatic and flavorful. It's unlimited and you'll be guaranteed to leave full at a spot like this. The lunch was around $20 US which is a pretty good deal. The place was able to customize our orders and provide my father salmon and my sister a special tea she likes. The meats could of been a little more consistent with the level of meat temperature (rare v medium etc).
