After mt appointment I just had to stop in. I am so glad i did. I was the only customer at that time and Mariam (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was so helpful and sweet. She encouraged me to try on some dresses I wouldn't normally try that looked beautiful. I ultimately purchased the dress that caught my eye on the window. She even gave me the name of a local seamstress to shorten the dress for me, who was also amazing. I got so many compliments on this dress, so glad I stopped in here! I will definitely be back the next time I have a special event.

I have shopped at LouLou's many times. I think most of my wardrobe is made up of her clothes now:)…read more! Her clothes are great quality, which is rare nowadays. Her price point is below many of the boutiques as well. She has JUDY BLUE, which is the best kind of jeans and hard to find. Her size point is great as well. I have seen sizes from XS-2XL. She also has a point system that links to your account, (so that you don't have to worry about keeping track of a card or something like other places have done) & when your points add up you get a discount off of your order. There is always sale items on the back racks. She does pop ups and fun sip and shops. She posts on her Facebook and IG, so I make sure to follow so I can stop up and have a mimosa and shop. :) I have ordered online and I love that it gives a description and size measurements so that I have no problems. Everything terrible. I got a pair of sweatpants for Christmas, but they were not the right…read morecolor,size, or style that I liked. Instead of keeping them I went to return them. Little did I know the company was in fault. I go and return the sweatpants while also having an order pick up. I wait in this long line in which has a reeking smell of onions. We reach the cashier and I tell them I would like to return something and pick something up. She then looks at me like I'm the dumbest person on this planet, and practically shouts "WE DON'T DO ORDER PICK UPS HERE YOU HAVE TO GO TO AMERICAN EAGLE." How was I supposed to know you don't do order pick ups when my code to pick up the clothing item says go to AERIE. Which is where I went. After this encounter I still had a return to make. She at first never even said hello or asked us what can I help you with. She then asked for a rewards number I gave her mine because she never specified we needed to give her the rewards number under the pair of sweatpants we were returning. I also gave her mine because my family who was with me never had an account so the only one who had one was me so I just assumed I would give it to her. The cashier then says it's not working. She then proceeds to say we need the phone number under the order and that's why it's not showing up in a snarky way. The family member that placed the order never had an account so how were we supposed to know to not give her any information of our accounts if she didn't even have the audacity to say hi or communicate they needed the phone number under the order. Even if I never gave her my phone number it still wouldn't have worked because the order was placed without an account or email. She then proceeded to grab the bag with the sweatpants in it pulls the Out of the bag and rips it open and grabs the sweatpants out of the bag. She then holds up the pair of sweatpants and practically screaming to everyone in the line behind us " THESE ARE NOT THE SAME PANTS YOU ORDERED THATS WHY IT IS NOT COMING UP." She was insanely rude when it wasn't even our fault it was theirs. I then say I'm so sorry there must be a mix up we will go. I take my sweatpants fed up with this worker and move to the side. I look at the order number on the package and the date on the package it was shipped and everything lined up the receipt online. However, the item in the bag did not match up. That was the problem. The item ordered was the correct item the item they gave us was complete wrong and the worker made us feel completely stupid win in reality it was your company's fault. Instead of helping us work through the problem you resorted to anger which is never the place to go to with customers. We then go back in line and get a different employee. This employee wouldn't even look at us and just stared at us like this . Like she had absolutely no emotion. The manager then comes over to help. I tell her my problem and she was so gracious. She understood what was happening because funny enough it happened to her. She also did a great job with customer service. The only reason this place is even getting a star is because of her kindness. Will however, never be coming back to this Aerie. 1 star would give it 0.5 just for the manager if I had the chance. The sweatpants the also replaced instead of the ones I ordered were 15 dollars while the value of my sweatpants I ordered were 40. Do better aerie.

Wanted to give a shoutout to the awesome employees working at this location! I stopped by yesterday…read moreto get some jean shorts and had great customer service. One of the employees helped me find the right sizes and styles of shorts that would look best on me. He even suggested I get some shirts to go with them, as they were on sale buy one get one for $5! I was impressed by how helpful he was throughout my shopping experience without me even asking. When checking out, the cashier was kind. I appreciated her patience with having to enter a few gift card codes for me because this took a little bit of time.
