A few years ago Acorn Farms carried these super cool lily pad shaped, rubbery styled bowl covers that were pretty cool. I bought a couple too and they're fabulous because you can use them to seal just about any bowl! This shop carries both beautiful and unique home items along with just about every kitchen gadget you can think of. And their service is unbelievable. Every time I go in there, and my most recent visit was no exception, the staff ALWAYS helps me above and beyond the call of duty. And that's pretty amazing considering that the place is always busy! Only thing I think might bother some people is that the pricing is not discounted. And yet, I personally go out of my way to purchase things here because I like having this store in our community. Oh, this year they had something called 5th Saturday (or something like that) and for any month that had a 5th Saturday, you could go in on that day and fill a bag (that they give you) with things that are then discounted by I think 20%, but I'm not certain. My point is that they are trying to find ways to offer opportunities to reward their good customers and I love that too! I needed a large table so working with the sales lady, I ordered a 54"x54" table with three leaves…read moremaking it 54"x90". It was set in a smaller room not fully extended. Once I remodel my kitchen, I had room for the large table I needed so I added the leaves to the table making it the full length needed. Then I noticed it that the table was very wobbly. I went back to the store to find out what can be done and noticed that the bases on the tables were much larger than the one I have. My base is 24"x24" definitely not large enough to handle the weight of the large tabletop. How was I to know this was a mistake when ordering? I am not a furniture expert, the sales people are. The owner said that I waited too long and there is nothing she can do about it. Tables will wobble a bit with the leaves in. The wobble on my table is extreme but she didn't care. I know it has been a five years and was willing to pay for a new base but she insisted that she cannot order just a base. I explained that it is a liability issue and she went off about me suing her. I never said that; just trying to explain the severity of the issue. If anyone was to get hurt, both the store and I would be liable. The other reviews indicate that it would not have mattered if I brought the issue to her at the time of delivery, she would not have done anything about it. Never again will I shop in that store! I spent a lot of money for "quality" furniture and now I have to find a solution to the unmatched table/base.

I have emailed, used Facebook Messenger etc. to try to reach her -- and three times she said she would drop off the blanket - rather than me coming to get it. I still do not have it. The store in Howell does not have a phone so I cannot call. Note she moved the store to Howell, not in Milford as it says here. I have posted my phone number many times on Facebook Messenger and asked her to text but she never does. This weekend, she "promised" for the third time that she would drop off the blanket but it is late Sunday now and I still do not have it. I appreciate that she was willing to do the embroidery on a blanket that did not come from her store, but four months to get it back is long enough. I said I would come to her store on Saturday but she said she will not be there and the blanket will not be there. s She said she only last limited hours this month but would not tell me what the hours were. I let her know that if she would not make a plan to let me get the blanket back I would take to social media which is what I am doing now
