He has a staff that is just as awesome! Diana mans the front desk with efficiency and humor. NO EXAM was performed to determine if what I was referred to them for was truly what the issue was or not. I don't understand why doctors don't feel like they have to do exams and talk to a patient to get their background on what's going on. Assuming they are the specialist? Only wanted to schedule a cortisone injection and I've since canceled because I'm not sure that will make any difference and not getting steriods injected into me just because they can get paid for it. The staff is extremely inept when it comes to urine samples. Your sample is placed amongst 20ish other samples, there is absolutely no chain of custody, and God only knows what happens to it after you leave the office. I am not just another "Disgruntled patient", I am a medical professional that was hit by 2 different drunk drivers, the first one in 1998, so have been going to pain management for quite a while. His employee turn around is very high. I rarely ever saw the same nurse practitioner more than a few times. This office is DANGEROUS!!! If you care about yourself or a family member, DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT PATIENTS!!!!
