I've not stopped here for gas, but have taken advantage of their touchless automatic car wash on a few occasions. Here's a tip - before purchasing a car wash, I usually peer around the back and to the left side of the station to see how many cars are in line ahead of me, and consider that it'll take up to 10 minutes for each of those cars to get their wash. On some days, especially weekends, the wait is simply not worth it. Also note that, while the car wash here is OK, touchless is generally never as good as a place that uses chamois or soft brushes as part of the wash process to get all the dirt and road gunk off your vehicle. I'd also mention that last time I attempted to use the vacuums here, the hoses were coated in dirt and stones from lying on the ground, and they smelled like vomit. The convenience store at this Mobil station is quite good, offering a large variety of beers (including a respectable variety of craft beers), wines, sandwiches and a few other food/drink items. I stopped here recently to get some food and drink for a party I was going to, and was surprised that their prices on many of those items were cheaper than Publix. read more

It's pretty good option if you need a quick rinse if you are in a hurry. If like me you hate bird poop on your car because it damages your paint then be sure to get the Delux soft brush wash or the premium wash. I know everyone loves this gas station, and honestly there's a lot to like about it. The service is excellent, with the employees going out of their way to be friendly. There are some good beers for sale in there as well; they even have Sam Adams Infinium. There's also a decent brushless car wash. So why just 2 stars? Well, this gas station is way too popular for its own good, and the car wash is incredibly crowded. I don't know who has the time to spend 45 minutes waiting in a car wash line? To answer my own question, the entire surrounding neighborhood, apparently. My co-worker and I thought we'd come over here and grab a car wash on our lunch hour, as her car was in need of one. Oh.....no, no, no. No. I don't know what time one can come over here and not wait in an absurdly long line, but it sure as hell isn't the middle of the day. It's not like the line moves quickly, either - I swear, one car wash took nearly 10 minutes, I timed it. Considering that, and 5 cars ahead of us, we aborted while it was still possible. In summary, an excellent gas station that unfortunately suffers by being way too crowded. Good for a quick beer run, but as far as getting a wash is concerned, you'd actually save more time by doing it yourself, which defeats the entire purpose of a drive-through wash. read more

Even though I literally live around the corner from here, it wasn't until they started carrying their amazing assortment of paleo goodies that I started frequenting them. They have an assortment of paleo, primal, gluten free, and any other hip-and-trendy- diet you can think of goodies! They carry a selection you can't even get at whole foods! My favorites are Steve's Paleo kits and the Epic bars which are, for a lack of a better word, epic! Bison cranberry protein bar...yes please! They have recently revamped their deli and are now offering amazing sandwiches along with fresh, organic, pressed juices. If that's too healthy for you, have no fear, beer is here! The only place you can get your own growler & fill 'er up! As I said, this is way more than a gas station. The guys who run the place are definitely beer aficionados and you can tell the minute you walk in as you have a plethora of craft beers welcoming you. I can sum up my experience about this place in two words: TOTALLY GHETTO. Why, you ask? 1. I don't care for establishments that think it's okay to blast obnoxious music outside, especially at night. Maybe they think Miami is a 3rd world country? I often ask myself the same question when I visit. 2. I've yet to find an employee there that speaks English. I live right near this place and it's taken me a while to discover it because it's not the cheapest gas in the area. But the inside of this mart makes the up-priced gas worth it. I got a fresh made amazing sub in the time it took me to fill my tank. Their good morning Vietnam sandwich is the closest thing to a traditional bahn-mi I could ever hope for in Miami. Aside from the deli, they sell cold pressed juices, protein rich baked goods, a huge array of healthy snacks when you're on the go. And oh yeah, GROWLERS. Last Saturday I went to purchase some things with my friends for a trip so, I stopped by here since it's one of the closest gas stations to me. I went in & the guy told me there was a $5 minimum which I was fine with. So here's where it gets sketchy & gross! I brought up 3 things which totaled 3.77 I was going to grab more stuff & the guy had the audacity to ring up the same things AGAIN to meet the minimum. I told him hey!!! What was the original total & he took one thing off. He acted like he didn't understand what I was saying. I asked him if there was an atm & it was broken. So avoiding being charged 8 something for things I wasn't taking I bought nothing! My friend bought me a sandwich to meet the minimum & to top it all off it was expired in May!!!! Mind you we are in mid June! I hadn't bothered to look at the expiration, because who sells expired crap?!? I took a bite & I almost threw up. So I saw somebody walking along with one of these large custom cans of beer the other day and they told me they got it here. I was excited to go in and try this new place. Unfortunately what should have been a five minute ordeal ended up taking about 20 minutes to get two cans of beer and I paid $25 for the two cans. I asked for information on a couple of the beers but the lady only spoke Spanish, knew nothing of the beers, had no written information about the beers, and no tasting is allowed on the premise so if you're going, make sure you know what you want. On (1/27/19) at Approximately 3:30am I was harassed by the Clerk who works the night shift. He didn't wanna provide his name but he was an elderly man who didn't know much English, anyway, that BESIDES the point, my Spanish sucks too. However when I went to make a purchase of some cigarillos, I noticed they had the apple headphones I wanted in stock, so, as the clerk was putting the money in the register, I grab the headphones to check if they were the generic headphones or the real ones, anyway, when I grabbed the headphones the man immediately told me to put it back. I asked why, the man looked at me intensively and uttered in his broken English, "because you're planning on stealing them" I was offended on so many léveles. I may be many things but I'm not a THEIF and when I asked to purchase them he threatened to call the cops on me!! What type of employee profiles people like that?! Now, as I'm walking out the store the man chases me and tells me that the cops are coming. I simply walked away and minded my business by that point. Was there this evening for gas at a convenient location. I contemplated getting a car wash. No where in sight within all the gas price signs etc was there a price for the car wash. So I decided to go inside and ask. I made eye contact,politely asked the cashier guy( Lester was his name tag )How much is the car wash? He seemed a little puzzled as if he did not understand too well. He then with blatant hostility, rudely shouted, " I am with a customer so you have to wait in line for your turn"; it took more time than it would take to either answer or point me to a sign. So I waited, and when he was through, asked again, and he angrily pointed to a sign on the counter and said in the nastiest most disrespectful tone imaginable that "this is the price". It was surreal. I remembered that I also wanted my receipt for my full tank purchase so I asked for my receipt. Again he was hostile in asking me which pump. Not sure pointed in the direction and I said I guess pump #1. He arrogantly shouted that pump 1 was the other side. He is so expert at where the pumps are that he could not help identify the pump. Finally I got my receipt and told him off. I really feel that this guy who ever he is should not be allowed to ever talk to another customer like he did to me. So I would like to find a way to speak to the owner of this gas station.I realize that people make mistakes but this was no mistake. Mankind will be better off without Lester behind that counter. He should be well behind the scenes of dealing with people. As for the station; no car wash prices ,hostile cashier high price gas, if I have to at least give it one star to register I will otherwise no stars is the most accurate for me. read more
