Again. Last November it was out for nearly a month. Same laminated sign. Same vague timeline. Same "maintenance" fog where accountability should be. Let's be clear: this is the only steam room in Washington County. If there were another option, I'd already be gone. The only reason I maintain this membership is access to that amenity -- the one advertised, promoted, and built into the monthly fee. A membership is a transaction. I pay. You provide what you advertise. Since this location can't seem to keep a core amenity operational, maybe it's time the people at the top hear about it directly. VASA is backed by private equity firm Silver Oak Services Partners, and led by CEO Rich Nelsen. When a company scales across multiple states and markets premium amenities, operational consistency isn't optional -- it's the business model. If the steam room is going to be chronically unreliable, say that plainly. Don't market it as a feature if it's a recurring casualty of "maintenance." Members shouldn't have to escalate basic facility upkeep beyond the front desk. But when a pattern repeats, escalation becomes reasonable. Fix it. Maintain it. Or adjust the membership pricing and advertising to reflect reality. Right now, it feels like we're paying for a promise that keeps evaporating. And steam, at the very least, should show up. Since I live in Vegas I couldn't wait until the next time I was up in the St George area to try it out! Especially because at least 1 of the owners has competed on America Ninja Warrior several times! Overall, the gym is pretty nice although a lot smaller than I imagined. However, since I'm a beginner to the world of ninja obstacles there was plenty for me to work with...and fail at! Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are family nights where open gym is just $10 from 7 to 9 pm. Quite a steal, but there's tons of kids going crazy and running around everywhere. I had no choice since I was only in town for 1 night but I'd highly recommend coming on Tuesday and Thursday nights where it'll only be adults according to what the staff told me. Unless you're a seasoned America Ninja Warrior, this gym will definitely be sufficient for your needs. They have memberships which combine open gym passes and classes into a neat monthly package. However, unless you sign up for a membership, you won't be able to try out a class and will have to stick with drop-ins during open gym hours.

They enjoyed this gym to its very core, and now today we're back for its re-grand opening and true to form they did not disappoint, if we thought the original gym was impressive, today was mind-blowingly amazing to see the new extension. Owners Holly and Brian Beckstrand are first insanely crazy insane Ninjas in their own right! But overall the most giving hospitable families we know! Their gym the Grip Fitness is something you need to see and experience, and if you are a Ninja this is the place you need to put in your bucket list. The obstacles are awesome and genius in its design. My kids are in awe, blown away and is one of their favorite gyms they have tried. You must come out and see what we saw and experienced!

Recently my daughters dog cocker spaniel Ring needed physical therapy after her body shut down for an unknown reason, after her awesome veterinarian care at Color country animal hospital we knew we needed to help Ring gain her her muscle tone back and learn how to use her body properly again. With Anita's massage therapy, red light therapy, physical, and hydro therapy Ring is doing amazing we have had 6 visit's and when we go to the sessions Ring gets stronger every time, and my daughter has homework to do at home as well.
