Again. Last November it was out for nearly a month. Same laminated sign. Same vague timeline. Same "maintenance" fog where accountability should be. Let's be clear: this is the only steam room in Washington County. If there were another option, I'd already be gone. The only reason I maintain this membership is access to that amenity -- the one advertised, promoted, and built into the monthly fee. A membership is a transaction. I pay. You provide what you advertise. Since this location can't seem to keep a core amenity operational, maybe it's time the people at the top hear about it directly. VASA is backed by private equity firm Silver Oak Services Partners, and led by CEO Rich Nelsen. When a company scales across multiple states and markets premium amenities, operational consistency isn't optional -- it's the business model. If the steam room is going to be chronically unreliable, say that plainly. Don't market it as a feature if it's a recurring casualty of "maintenance." Members shouldn't have to escalate basic facility upkeep beyond the front desk. But when a pattern repeats, escalation becomes reasonable. Fix it. Maintain it. Or adjust the membership pricing and advertising to reflect reality. Right now, it feels like we're paying for a promise that keeps evaporating. And steam, at the very least, should show up. I also had to take a few weeks off for a surgery, and in coming back, Coach James and Coach Lexi have helped and encouraged me every step of the way, helping me scale and tailor the workouts so I wouldn't cause any injuries. They are amazing and really know their stuff. I also can't say enough about the community at Muddy Water. I have quite literally gained another family since starting there. I've always felt awkward and out-of-place walking into other gyms, but this is never the case at CFMW. Coaches and other athletes alike, they are so incredibly welcoming, whether you're a beginner or athlete- all skill levels welcome! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an awesome gym.

Unfortunately I was only in town one day if I was going to be there more I could have paid 24.99 and go as often as I wanted for a month. If your coming for a one day workout it has to be when staff is on duty which I believe is 9-5. Give this gym a try you won't be sorry.

Im from out of state and was excited to try a new gym, lady stated on phone they have classes that…read moreyou can just drop in, I was thrilled told her I was 30 min drive and made a drive, I was first of all not greeted when I walked in, when you go to a new gym and walk in you expect the experience to be wonderful but she also recommend- the hiking trails or a nice gym down the road, crazy thing is I was telling my aunt and her son and his wife they should really do classes, I felt turned away not offering any advice for later classes this day or anything.
