We have been using Coral Sea pools for over twenty years with the servicing of our in ground pool. Most recently they came out and repaired filter lines that had been damaged by winter storms and falling tree branches. As busy as they were with pool openings this time of the year, they came out and did the repairs and got the pool pump running so that we could open the pool as usual in May. Under the helm of Anthony and Anna Torchia, 12 years ago they helped us with a "face lift" to the pool with a resurfacing and addition of a decorative tile border. I had a pool built in 2024 and had a great experience. Anthony, the owner, is highly engaged, extremely experienced and puts you at ease that everything will be done right - and it is. My plans for the decking and garden evolved a bit over the course of the project and the team at Coral Sea Pools was able to adapt to that which was extremely helpful as once the pool got dug certainly I found that my ideas of what i wanted evolved. In addition this is a dirt to towel service if you want it - they will build the pool and then take care of everything once the pool is up and running. Coral Seas build and maintains our pool, which was completed in 2016. I wish every contractor and vendor was up to their standards. The pool is magnificent and was completed on schedule. We have had no issues with the pool, unlike many of our friends who used other pool companies. The service is superb. Our problems are addressed immediately, and thoroughly. As an aside, they will not maintain/service pools that they have not built, so consider this when deciding on the contractor. (They matched our best bid, but knowing what I know now, I would have paid extra to that I could ensure they were servicing the pool.) Michael Werner read more
