Frank's comment? "Oh geez, you call this guy too." No, sir, I did not, and frankly, that assumption was offensive, unprofessional, and a little bit racist. His estimate was higher than others I received, and to top it off, it didn't even include re-seeding or replacing grass. Instead, he brushed it off with a suggestion to just "do wood chips." I left the interaction creeped out, disrespected, and absolutely certain I would never hire him despite a neighbor's recommendation. With our belongings from out of state not yet delivered, we needed some quick help. A brief online request for service from Tidy Trim was quickly returned with a call from the owner, who promptly went by the house to survey the site, called back with an exceptionally fair quote, and graciously worked us into her schedule the following morning. The next day, she showed up fifteen minutes early and got everything taken care of lickety-split! The owner is incredibly kind, personable, and professional; a great welcome committee to Milwaukee! It was so nice to come home from work to a neatly-trimmed lawn, with all edges knocked down around planting beds, fence lines completely cleared, sidewalks free of debris, and no trace of residual mulch.
