If I could give lower than 1 star I would…read more I went in for an MVI yesterday ( 10 Oct ) and to also get a lower control arm on my drivers side installed , I knew it would be a pricy bill because of having the part installed due to time and labour involved ( I am a industrial mechanic but due to time restraints and lack of space I can't work on it myself ). So the pet was no issue for the instalment but when it came to the MVI that was a different story. They kept claiming there was an issue with a non existent bearing finally I had enough and left work early to pick up my car and when I got there they had the balls to tack on a $55 pre MVI charge when they didn't even do an inspection. Who ever is running that gong show over there is lucky I have more restraint eitherwise that smug face of his would have been turned into a basketball off that counter in 30 seconds. Avoid this place , save your money and go elsewher.

The owner made a comment I had a nice credit card (it's literally a basic credit card??). They didn't provide me with a reject sticker. I guess I should have just waited and gone to my regular mechanic (or called in sick to get a appointment earlier). I am a young woman and totally feel ashamed I let them take me for a ride. I got quotes from O'Regan Collision and Keizer Collision. O'Regan's quote was actually a couple of hundred dollars cheaper than the Keizer one. But O'Regan was booking for mid-November. For Keiser, I could get my work done in mid-September. I had been to Keizer several times over the last 20 years. I was confident in their expertise. I had no qualms about having them do the work. I was delighted when I saw my car after the body work was done. It looked as good as it did when I purchased it (used) four years ago. Overall, Keizer Collision fully deserved a five-star rating. From the time I went to get the car evaluated, to the time I paid and left, every staff member I saw was smiling, and a pleasure to interact with. Their actions were confident, thorough and professional. I felt special while in their presence. I won't hesitate to return should I ever need any kind of repairs or bodywork.

My family went here for YEARS, but the new ownership will soon ruin that for anyone who used to go here. My son recently brought his car there to have ONE tire *(which he provided, himself) installed and balanced and was charged $57.50, when they only charge $100 for all four. I approached the manager and asked him if this was a mistake and seemed exorbitant and unfair......and he assured me it was not. No respect and unethical. Hope they invested my son's money wisely, as they've seen the last of my family coming to them. No value, no fairness, not returning. I doubt they care much, as their lot is completely jammed up (to the point that you can't find parking) with Auction Direct cars, meaning they are now more interested in flipping cars, than repairing them, anyway.
