Horrible they lied and said the parts was new and they was used charge State Farm for things they did not replace. I was accused by the manager of running over something I literally left the lot came back on a test drive and was accused of running over the curve I advise all customers to choose a different location they care more about time and money than making sure things are done efficient and correctly read more

This place is the worst paint work ever. Returned my truck back two them five times and it's still crap. I got so much damage on the paint then they clear coated over the damage. A fuel door that was painted separately and doesn't match the car. They have repainted at least three times. Paint missing from over buffing . Over spray. Zero quality control. Hate I ever got my truck repaired there. Please avoid at all cost. read more

Came in this morning for an estimate on my 2019 Range Rover. Lady at the front desk said they do not work on Range Rovers, which was surprising considering Caliber Collision is a popular well known collision repair center. I asked why, and she said they just don't. Asked for a recommendation and she said she didn't have any. Poor customer service. read more

I called this place because it was in radius of my zip code and preferred by my insurance company. I called on a Friday, Monday left a message for them to call me back to schedule repairs and called again on Tuesday when I did not receive a call but instead text message alerts reminding me to call and schedule. I sat on hold with the automated services with different tunes playing in my ear and then on speaker for about an hour as I moved about my home cleaning and preparing my dinner and still no answer on each occasion l called. Either they are extremely busy or behind. I would not want my vehicle being repaired here and unable to get in touch with anyone if I had concerns. read more

I have been waiting for my car for six weeks. I patiently waited for parts to come in and waited for the paint to get done. My car was painted last week Wednesday 8/5/20 and is still being reassembled a week later! My estimated completion date is 8/14/20 and my claim was filed on 6/27/20!!!!! I had my Honda Accord repaired at this facility in late September. Customer service and the repair was fine. However, my windshield washer was not working after the repairs. I went back to them for assistance and they could not figure it out I had to take the car to another shop and they discovered that upon changing the bumper cover they left the washer fluid hose kinked thus no water was coming out when I activated the washer. This unfortunately reflects bad on Caliber since they had two opportunities to fix it, but they were not careful assembling the car back and created a problem that I did not have before the crash. All is fixed now, but I had to get it fixed on my own when it was their error and carelessness that caused it. I would give them a 3.5 but sine it is not possible they get a 4. read more

Just finished having Caliber Collision fix damages to my car. Jason, the representative, was great with communicating with me throughout the entire process. If I called and Jason happened to be unavailable, he called me back shortly after. Jason exhibited excellent customer service and was a very nice guy overall. The workers that fixed my car were thorough and quick making sure that my car looked back to normal as if there were no damage. Entire staff was friendly and attentive. My car was repaired and their was quite of bit of materials left on the car that had to be later cleaned up. I also had one fog light replaced and instead of a courtesy call to inquire if I wanted to pay for upgrading the other light I know have mismatched fog lights. I also witnessed an elderly gentlemen on a walker come in for service and the receptionist told him to come back at another time because he did not have an appointment. This was the worst experience I've ever had. A 4 day job ended up being 3 weeks. They tried to put old pieces back on my car by gluing it with some type of bonding glue. They also hit my car in the same spot they were supposed to repair. They also left my hood and bumper not flushed saying it was impossible for them to do. I currently have my GMC truck at their Union City location. This shop was highly recommended by Allstate insurance as a preferred shop. Let me first start with their communication about the current status of your repairs in my experience with them. When you do your initial inspection with the person at Caliber handling you claiming you fill out some forms asking how you'd like to be communicated to and how often regarding your repair. I asked to be communicated with by phone daily. My car has been with Caliber since Nov 22nd and today is Dec 6 and yet till this day, I don't get any form of communication about what's going on with my repair unless I dial them directly and then I'm told my call will be returned when my rep is done with a customer, which takes hours. This place lacks initiative when keeping their customers updated on their repairs and that's just the beginning. Each day I was told something different as to what was going on with my repair. First, they were waiting on the parts to come in. Then, oh the parts have arrived and we should be finished with your car in a few days. Next, oh wait actually some of your parts didn't arrive (which I was told that they had). Next, oh on the day we were going to start working on your vehicle we noticed the grille we ordered was the wrong grille (seemingly that should have been checked during the buying process and immediately upon arrival). Then oh, we repaired the new hood we ordered for your vehicle because it arrived damaged (what? Send it back and get a new one!). Then I found they were using aftermarket parts instead of OEM parts (which I was having no part of, nor was that communicated to me at any point). So they had to order another hood that was an OEM replacement. Next, the grille that was originally ordered had to be reordered and was expected to be delivered the same day (it wasn't). Only to find out that the dealer they ordered from actually didn't have it in stock, so this began another "lets figure out what happened and get the grille to the shop". It didn't even stop there, but I don't even care to keep typing this drama. I've used plenty of repairs shops in the past and this was the worst. Simple communication would have fixed most of the issues I had with this repair shop. I even dropped in a couple times and saw my truck parked in the back with nothing done to it, when I was told it was sitting in the garage bay torn down. Lies.
