Even explained that I was interested in opening an account but I don't want it to be an issue every-time we try to make a purchase with your company we are bothering you, I'm trying to establish a real business relationship. Her response was "I make this store $7k-$8k a day, you can shop someplace else for all I care I won't miss your business". We spoke with our Sales Consultant and confirmed an appointment for 5:00 PM on 6/30/2026. That day, the Sales Consultant texted to reconfirm the appointment for purchase of the exact vehicle in our quote. We drove nearly three hours and arrived at 4:00 PM. When we asked to see the specific vehicle from our quote, the Sales Rep first tried to redirect us to a different vehicle in a different color. When we insisted on seeing the vehicle we were quoted, he admitted that VIN 5FNYG1H87TB044677 was currently being driven by the dealership's General Manager and already had over 600 miles on it -- despite being quoted, advertised, and priced to us as a brand-new vehicle. We raised this with the Sales Manager on-site, expecting it to be addressed. Instead, he took the Sales Rep's side. We left without purchasing.
