We called the manufacturer who came out and told us the problem was with the building. Apparently no water getting to the unit. There's also awful food smells coming into the unit every evening without fail. Whenever someone cooks you cannot sit in the living room. Will update the review once the building actually fixes these issues. Let's see how long it actually takes them! My father lives in an old apartment for a fraction of the cost and with much better service. Please consider wisely before dumping all of your money into this building.

Would not recommend…read more About a month after we closed on our home, Jillayne Southren (also known as "Jill"), a real estate agent with Weichert who represented the seller in our purchase, showed up uninvited at our property while listing a house across the street and told my 8-month-pregnant wife that we needed to improve our landscaping. She was never our agent. Her role ended at closing, and she had no authority, professional or otherwise, to dictate how we maintain our property. If landscaping was genuinely a concern, that was a conversation she should have had with her own client, the seller, while she represented them. Instead, she chose to confront us, weeks after closing, while we were still moving in and adjusting to a new home with a pregnant wife. This was inappropriate, unprofessional, and completely out of line. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Jillayne Southren or trust her judgment in a real estate transaction.
