Fixed lug nuts due to Discount Tires breaking them. I went to pick it up, but they were the wrong ones. Thank God I looked before leaving. They were much smaller than the size of the other nuts. They said if I come back the next day, they could order the correct ones and have them done in 1 minute. They kept their promise, and the job was complete. The receptionist was very pleasant to deal with. Made the experience easy and explained the process in detail. However, if u have a luxury car DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Tgey have had my truck for over a month and a half. Charged 700 to change spark plugs and that didn't fix the problem, they also tried to say the car would need an additional $2200 dollars to fix my truck. Communication was poor only got updates when we called they never called once to update the progress of the truck, very horrible ex would never take another vehicle to this shop, highly don't recommend unless you want to be scammed read more

I have used Cordova Automotive for years and have always trusted Sam to be honest and fair. So when I dropped my car off last night and it sat in the parking lot all day without moving, I should have known that the shop was under new management. Despite multiple assurances that the car would be ready by the end of the day, it indeed was not ready. Not only that, but the new management had the audacity to lie to my face stating they were "able to look at some of the issues but not all of them", all the while the car had not been touched. I would NEVER, EVER recommend. They never fixed my car after 5 visits, $1000, 10 days without my car!!!!! Asked if I wanted oil change, already there? They put some 10/30 oil in my V-8. Have used synthetic oil forever. 2 weeks later, it was a quart low!!! Seriously? When I complained that my vehicle still not repaired, they said, "Ma'am, we did not break your car"! Sam no longer owns the business and it is very obvious when you go there. The customer service is terrible. The new owners are not concerned with a good product leaving their establishment but they are happy to take your money. The mechanics are obviously not experienced when your vehicle comes out with items not reinstalled, hot wires disconnected and dangling by the drivers legs, cigarette smoke in the car, and more problems with the vehicle when it leaves than when you brought it in. All the business and money I've spent there, including friends at FedEx and the National Guard have been notified and word will spread. We need honest and trustworthy local businesses to support. I learned the hard way that Sam is no longer there... these people will over charge you in a heartbeat!!!! After you get your quote for repairs, look it up on google, and find out the national average to make that repair. These people tried to over charge me!!! Not to mention, I bought in new motor mounts from Toyota. They had to be factory ordered. Long story short, I really thought my mounts were bad and there wasn't anything wrong with them. They replaced them and still chargeD me 800 to replace. After I left their shop, not even 15 min later I had to tow it back to their shop!!!! His response was that you should have let us diagnose the problem.... Im like are you serious!!!!??? Why would you even let me drive out of the shop knowing there was something else wrong!!!???? My car wouldn't start on a freezing, snowy morning. I called AAA but figured every one would be busy. Cordova Automotive arrived in 8 mins. (I live in north Bartlett). The young gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable. I don't know how to spell his name but I think it was Nadarious. Came out of a night class after all my students had left only to find a fully flat tire. AAA sent Cordova Automotive, and they were very timely. Two polite young men quickly removed the tire after making sure they put the jack in the right place. They found the issue, a screw in my tire. After putting the temporary tire on securely, they put everything back in my car neatly. Some people would think that being the only person alone on an empty parking lot in Memphis after 9:30 at night would be pretty scary. These guys put me at ease. do not believe anything they tell you. i brought my car in 4 separate times, based on them telling me that i needed a part and it would be in 3 of those 4 times. the part never arrived, yet i was told by the owner that if i left the car for a total day (this wed.), i would be able to pick it up by days end. guess what--no part!! they are unreliable and appear to only work on those cars that bring in the most revenue. if you want your car to be serviced professionaly and on time---DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!!! read more

These people had my fiance's car for about 5-6 days. When we picked the car up, there was a 12" cut in the cloth top. They denied doing it and claimed, "it came like that". That is bullshit! They even had the balls to put duct tape over it. I'm surprised they didn't charge us for that. Great Place! Honest Guys. I will be back !! The staff is friendly. And they were able to fix my car with minimal cost.

I had my AC serviced, which they did a good job on, but they failed to reattach my center console, where the A/C unit controls are located, correctly. I returned my vehicle and showed the owner (Sam) the problem. He seemed annoyed at the fact that i was returning the vehicle, even though i had just spent $450+ with him in parts and services, the LEAST he could do was put my vehicle back together. So he took the vehicle back to the back and brought it back up front within maybe 10min. The problem was still there, and it didnt even look like he attempted to fix it. He asked was it ok now, and i dont know if he was insulting my intelligence but the problem was obviously still visible and is still visible today. Out of frustration i hopped in my vehicle NEVER to return. I get that my car is old and not pretty but, its still MY car and when i shove out hundreds of dollars i expect me and my car to be treated with care and respect! read more

I'd give it ZERO if I could. Went in to try and get a repair estimate for a problem that I explained to them. They said they would have to take a look to give me an estimate and I left he car with them. They call and give me an estimate of $472 to fix my brakes (pads and rear rotors). I tell them no because the price is rediculous. When I return, they demand I pay $90 in "diagnostic fees" for them to repeat to me the problems I told them the car had when I dropped it off. Went to another shop and had it fixed for $257. This place is full of scum bags and they might try to rip you off. read more
