I've been coming to this oil change and tire shop since 2013/2014 and steadily, for all of my cars since 2017 when we moved in to our home nearby. Since my father owns an auto shop back up North, I always come in with a set of very specific instructions, especially when it comes to my oil changes. Each one of my cars has a specific set of instructions I want followed because each one has its own little finicky things. Lucas first, don't top off fluids except washer fluid, only use manual tools and not drills, etc. the guys who work here have ALWAYS abided by my instructions without hesitation. They don't ever make me feel like a nuisance or burden and are always very polite and professional. Today was no different. Nick worked on my Mercedes to get my oil change done and then Derek worked on my new tire installation. Between the pleasant conversations, not ever trying to rip me off because I'm a female, and their overall politeness and ability to work on my cars the way I want them to, I will continue coming back year after year and bringing all of my cars here ranging from the more normal ones to the imports. They do have a pretty high turnover rate of workers, so just as I get to know one set of them, a new set arrives, but every single set of guys has been very helpful and respectful. I would absolutely recommend this shop, ESPECIALLY to females, because they won't try to rip you off like most shops around here will try to do just because they think you don't know what you're talking about and are an easy target. I also always bring in my own oil and filters (and even my own tires) and they have no issues using MY equipment, which many shops in the area will refuse to do. If you're hesitant, don't be. If you're also a female and are worried about someone trying to pull a fast one on you, trust me this shop won't even try it. read more

This place seems a lot more together than many other oil places I have been too. Got my oil changed quickly and they didn't hastle me to buy extras/upgrades etc. (which is extremely nice) You can tell it is a good place to go, as when I went all the spots were full and people constantly arrived to fill the empty spots as people left. They ran diagnostics on my engine for me and told me the problem. (i know nothing about cars and I believe I spoke to the owner who put it for me simply) Will definitely come back in the future for my oil change or possiblt any other car maintenance I need. This place is amazing! I came here based off of all the positive reviews. It's on a first come first serve basis. I think I waited about 15 to 20 minutes. The technician Bryce was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He completed an oil change, changed the back light that was out and replaced the air filter. Definitely a 5 Star establishment!! Trusting someone to repair your vehicle is very hard to find especially when your traveling from another city and visiting the area. Well look no further if you live in the area or traveling through. I used the yelp app to help find repair shop and looked for the highest review ratings and found this shop. I informed them of the problems the vehicle was having. They mapped out a plan and time for me to deliver the vehicle. The repair was completed almost to the exact minute. Every technician was hospitable, knowledgeable and provided A1 customer service. I wish that I could give Kuddos to one or two technicians but the entire team performance was outstanding. Decided to give this place a visit based on their incredible Yelp reviews (I'm a Yelp junkie). And let me tell you, I was not disappointed. They provided a 20-point inspection since I was a new customer. Showed me some areas where my car needed improvement, and only asked if I'd like an estimate. No pushing for services that day. They passed that test. Changed my oil in record time (never even left the car!). Every member of the team was courteous and professional. When I decided on my oil preference, they did not push me to purchase a higher-priced option. Another set of tests passed. I typically use a mechanic closer to my home, but will happily visit this place any time I need a service while I'm at work. Absolutely fantastic. read more

I have been coming here since this location opened and I cannot recommend this place enough. The whole chain is great (one time I had to go to another location because I had to get something done omgrightnow and it was either go to that one or get it done the next day), really. The service is always friendly. And honestly? They do not ever pressure you into buying something you don't need. Whatever you come in for is what they'll give you...maybe. I say maybe because one time I came in for an oil change and they basically said they wouldn't take my money because I was nowhere near ready for one yet. How's that for honesty? Paying the little bit extra they charge is worth it too, as they top off your fluids like windshield washer fluid, they lubricate your doors, etc. And when it comes to them checking things like transmission fluid, air filters, etc., they are completely honest with you. Not everything is OMG YOU HAVE TO GET THIS DONE TODAY OR YOUR CAR WILL EXPLODE!!!!! They tell you things to consider getting done maybe the next time you come in or something. You don't miraculously need a new air filter every freaking time you come in. Also, once your start coming here a while, they get to know you and will build up a good rapport with you. They're really friendly regardless, but to have people remember you even though you only see them once every few months is pretty nice. read more

I can't brag enough about how professional and friendly Jospeh and Ricky were. I came in with a baby and needed quite a few services rendered as quickly as possible and boy did I get my money's worth. They got me in and out in under an hour which is quite impressive considering all that needed to be seen about on my car. The Manager, "Ricky" was professional and trustworthy. In addition, they are great to speak with and they listen to their customers. You are not treated like a number but an actually customer they appreciate. Ricky was observed providing excellent customer service and excellent team management. Went yesterday. These guys were on point! They were husteling and everyone seemed in the zone doing their job. I asked if it was a military school also because of the jargon they were constantly yelling. They were moving fast and on their game here. An oil change should cost no more than twenty dollars period. However, I think it is thirty dollars here. Paying that extra ten dollars is well worth no having to drop you'r vehicle off somewhere or wait for a couple of hours. I stepped outside my vehicle which is optional and chatted and watched. I have been to quick oil change places before where they didn't do everything the claimed but these guys were. This place gives awesome customer service! They do everything but lay out the red carpet and actually take the time to explain in detail the service they are providing. They are super friendly and knowledgeable in all areas from oil changes, tires, and mechanics to answering simple questions that baffle a novice with no clue. I followed my daughter so she could leave her car for them to repair a mechanical problem that required leaving her car 1-2 days. She told them I was her ride home and was parked out by the curb on the road since they were so busy. She mentioned to them I was having problems with the weather stripping around my front doors coming off on my 2014 Jeep. Even though they were swamped, Bryce walked out to take a look and was eager to fix the problem. It only took him a few moments, but the point is he cared enough to go out of his way to help at no charge, and it was his respect towards me that won me over. Ricky is a great manager as well as all the rest (sorry I cannot remember all of the names). They greet you with a smile and usually get you in and out quickly, but their attitudes toward the customers impressed me the most. I highly recommend them.
