The little girl at the register said that that was a mistake and they forgot to remove the sign when they brought the shirts outside. She was very rude and unpleasant. Have a very nasty attitude. I asked for her manager and she left the register for over 10mins. Coming back with the manager who was even worst. She stated that even tho the rack stated that, that she could not honor the prices. In August 2025, bought a beautiful premium long sleeve tshirt. Before giving to my daughter to wear, I washed in on cold delicate with a few minutes in a low heat tumble cycle. The gorgeous lettering just flipped off halfway--it wasn't like a corner here or there--it was most of the letters. It's December. The purchase was made in August. STILL NO RESPONSE. Here the FIFTH email I sent to them and still no response: Hi, I've contacted your store several times, using this email portal and via phone calls and voicemail that have gone unreturned. I'm hoping this time, it will get through to someone who can and will follow through on customer service. I come in every year and buy my daughter something special to remember her family vacation. My family has a condo across the street. We've been coming in since the days Ilan and his college age daughter were running the shop. We've been loyal customers. This summer, I bought my daughter an Existing Kids Tshirt in pink with a lovely PK and turtle logo. I washed it on cold delicate partial tumble dry low before she wore it and the letters were flopping off of the tshirt. I contacted the PK Trading Co using this online portal and left voicemail. No response. Another two times, no response. Months later, I attempted to low heat iron the letters back on and it didn't work. I contacted PKTC again. No response. This tshirt is a nice quality and the right color and it isn't wearable. How frustrating. I have photos I'd like to share with you and sincerely hope that someone does respond and make good on this purchase. I plan to update this review IF I receive ANY response from them. If this review hasn't been updated, it's just because there is STILL NO RESPONSE.
