BUYER BEWARE: Don't believe the "paid" Reviews I already informed Emily I would be leaving a review…read moreso in Scammer form I'm sure they will respond & pretend they do NOT know me. SN: I never utilized the gym or the app, meal plan NOTHING & Emily was like "Oh Well" The SCAM is advertising on social media a free 6-week workout (to imply they are allowing you to try the gym out) There's NO 1-on-1 it's a group smh. But in All actuality it's a money grab. Mike (the owner) is cool but after I spoke to him & Emily, I left the SAME day called back & said "Never mind, I don't feel comfortable with paying $150/mo and I need my money back on my credit card". REMEMBER it was the same day &They basically gave me the run around even after I returned their key fob. David (who claimed to be a co-owner) stated I would get a refund but the day I returned the key fob they said David is NOT a co-owner as he stated to me on the phone AND he no longer works there. When I asked why he no longer work there Emily stated verbatim "because of reasons like this, giving customers misinformation" WOW! I have recordings & receipts. I HATE I GAVE THESE PEOPLE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.

She does look out for me and makes sure nothing is broken when Im doing an exercise that's new and hard for me. I m getting great results in under a month but I have put my all in this. Im excited to see the end result. You get what you put in, this journey is not easy and I am surprised at myself for not giving up well Alicia is the real reason I haven't given up to be honest cause I suck at self motivation. Ahem...dressing rooms would sure be nice to have here.

This is a fantastic pilates studio, and it's one of the more affordable ones. Unfortch for me, I…read morehave to hop on three freeways to get to this studio (there aren't any in the East End!), so I don't go as often as I'd like to. Thankfully, my friend has a membership that allows for a guest each month, so I've experienced this studio twice. Both times I took a class with Shannon H, who is great for instructing Lagree newbs and offering a quick refresher before class. Both classes I worked up a healthy sweat and had full body soreness the next day(s). They also offer Versaclimber classes, which I've yet to try, but the clients that walk out of that class are always drippin' in sweat! There's onsite parking, hand sanitizer, equipment wipes, water refill station... And they have an app where you book your group classes. New client specials: https://www.fyrefitlagree.com/newclients

I appreciate the instructors start and finish on time, especially when doing the 5:30am classes. They will charge you 15$ for a late cancelation fee and 25$ no show fee. The place is small about ~10 machines so the fees make sense. My favorite lagree studio in houston!

I had to go through a zoom call to find this information, and was pretty turned off by how pushy and dismissive the person I was speaking to became when I told him I wasn't going to sign up on the spot and needed time to think it over. The call turned from friendly to awkward/ uncomfortable in my perspective from there.

I've been going hard in training to pass the Air Force ASOS / TACP physical requirements and this recovery method has made a huge difference for me. I'm PR'ing everything at the gym. I also track my light and deep sleep, and the stats from my deep sleep went from about 2.5 hours per night to about 6.5 after partaking in Fire & Ice. How does it work? You spend 3 min in the ice bath followed by approximately 15 min in the sauna. Repeat 3x and do one final ice bath dunk at the end. If you're killing it and feeling run down, check them out and ask for Justin. He'll take great care of you. It's made a HUGE difference for me!

Our instructor, Hailey, was energetic and friendly, demonstrating moves and checking on us as needed. There was a very low-pressure environment even for newbies, which made it fun :) The room looked pretty cramped when I walked in but once I was on the mats / machines, it didn't feel claustrophobic at all. (Although don't get the spot near the wall, because my right arm didn't have enough space to extend out during certain stretches, but not a deal breaker!) The person using the machine before me didn't wipe down very thoroughly so there was a big oily spot that was a little yucky to work out on. I didn't know there was a spray bottle to use below the machine until we were done and asked to wipe down. Having the instructors or staff do a quick visual on each machine to ensure it is (or at least looks) clean might be nice. Other classes like mat Pilates and hot sculpt / hot lift Pilates are available too ($33-44 per class). Parking is free in the lot but it fills up so you might have to sit and wait for spots. Trying Cadillac was fun-- I'm planning to return and try another class when I feel like splurging!
