I started going to Loveland about a year ago. It is truly a land of love. Before Loveland I spent a few years doing yoga at home with YouTube videos and since I started coming here my practice has improved dramatically. I have to say since then I visited a few other studios just to try, but Loveland it been much better for me to do yoga. I was looking to get out of the house and thinking yoga classes would be a good way to start. I came across Loveland Yoga and decided to give them a try. The studio is owned by Bobby and Annavy who also frequently teach. All the instructors here are amazing and have their own unique styles of teaching which I appreciate. I believe all classes are heated and for yogis of all levels. Loveland is a safe space and everyone here radiates good vibes. I've gone to yoga studios in the past but never felt such a sense strong sense of community and inclusivity. I WANT to love this studio, simply because it is so convenient. The owners are friendly, it's clean and easy to get in and out of. However, hot yoga does not mean that you can forgo proper warm up and sequencing and simply rely on heat to open the body. Unfortunately that seems to be the thought process here. BUT, I also can't fault them totally as this is a trend in yoga - teachers not really having a depth of experiential practice before becoming teachers. They then put that lack of experience onto those who attend their classes. Yoga is an ART. It is a full mind/body integrated practice when taught well. It should teach people to listen to their body and meet it where it is, learn to understand it, and the learn how to challenge it appropriately. All while observing the mind. One cannot teach that until they have done so themselves. If you want a hot studio that leads basic asana classes and you know how to warm up your own body and take care of it, there is nothing wrong with this place. If you are looking for a depth of yoga practice, perhaps keep looking. read more

Came here for their community yoga class and really enjoyed the vibes here!! All the instructors were so friendly and I loved the community atmosphere here. Only thing is that the room is small and if packed like it was today, it's definitely not COVID safe which may be a concern with the delta variant on the rise. I was the only one wearing a mask (I understand because hot yoga is HARD with a mask) so I was a bit worried about the potential of getting COVID. read more

I've been here twice now for the 90 mins yoga class and have enjoyed it each time. I found the teachers were both accommodating for multiple levels - easy to hard. I'd consider myself intermediate to advanced and I've learned something in each workout. The start of each class is slow to get the body oriented and then builds progressively but is never fast. The final resting poses are all relaxing towards the end so it's a good balance. Bottom line: I would come here again for a 90 min yoga class as I enjoy the fact that I can get relaxation, mindfulness, stretching, balance and a workout all in one :) read more

If your into REAL yoga this is it! When I moved to Houston I stopped my 5 year yoga practice because every studio I went to seem to have aerobic yoga or a major parking problem. Real yoga in my opinion is about solid teaching intention concerning proper poses and breath. Loveland yoga is good yoga. Been going a month now and I can see and feel a big difference. Add that the owners are super nice and parking is plentiful, what's not to love. They have a special late evening stretch class that I am looking forward to attendIng. You won't find a better yoga studio! Loveland is so welcoming, regardless of your experience level. The classes offer modifications to make poses more accessible or more advanced and the teachers are all super friendly. With classes starting as early as 6:30 AM and as late as 8 PM, there truly is something for everyone. read more
